Go somewhere else to upgrade your devices. The rep that we had told me and later my wife incorrect information about the next steps in the process multiple times requiring her to have to come back two separate times for Face ID because he didn't know what he was doing and blamed it on the phone update. Spent 4 hours on a Sunday and still had to leave without all of her apps loaded. Go somewhere else if you want competent people to service you. Having been a Verizon customer for over a decade I can say this was the worst experience I've ever had to endure. Then they called me 4 days later telling me they forgot to charge tax on our upgrade and if we didn't come back to the store and pay up they would shut off our phone. I sent an hour on with corporate discussing the issue. Corporate was much more interested in making this right. I will never step foot in that store again. read more

Had the best experience at this store you could ask for!!!!!! Logan, my sales rep handled everything professionally and worked hard to get everything done. He even stayed passed his shift so I could come in and pick up the phone's and get them switched over. He was the most polite and patient sales person I have ever worked with. I highly recommend this store and Logan. The only down fall to the whole experience was the store they were trying to get my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max 526g from wouldn't ship it unless I paid that store upfront but they shipped my iPhone 12 Pro Max 256g right away, this issue caused a big delay in getting the new phones, but Logan and his manager was able to find what my wife wanted at another store and the manager brought it the next day personally instead of them having it shipped. BUYER BEWARE! We walked in thinking this was a Verizon store and found out part way through it was no longer. We should have left at that point. If you do ANY transaction, do not agree until you have a printout of what they are offering...and then, find out what additional setup and fees are required by Verizon. Two patrons to one salesperson is not enough to offset what was NOT STATED...even though the amount we owed was asked AND ANSWERED THREE TIMES with no additional fees beyond cases. They got our money today, but that is the last time we enter their store! read more

I came in to the store to add a phone to my plan. The sales associate, Izzy was awesome. He was able to pay off my recently purchased phone and buy an additional phone. I appreciated his friendly helpful attitude. I walk with a cane and he offered me a seat right away. He was a guy I would hire. I am retired now but owned a company that employed sales people. Went in to look at phones an hour before they closed not expecting to buy anything but, my phone died. The young guys working were so patient and not once complained about what time it was. We didn't get out of there until an hour after closing time!!! Definitely would go back, they all worked together on getting us out of there but never complained.
