Saturday September 18, I called about an item that appeared on my charge card from this store that…read moreI did not recognize. The woman who answered the phone (she does not deserve to be called a lady) could not have been ruder. Not only that, but it took three calls to get the phone answered. When she finally did answer, during the course of the conversation, she admitted to me it was a slow morning, which makes me wonder what she was doing that she couldn't answer the phone. In trying to get to the bottom of the matter, she became impatient and hung up on me. I called back 2 times, and she ignored my calls and did not answer. What she did say, is that she had several calls like mine that morning. I did get to the bottom of it and would have called her as a courtesy with an explanation so she would know as a help to other such callers and herself, but didn't bother. (Why should I?) AVOID THIS UPS STORE unless, of course, you don't mind or enjoy rude treatment.

I had an international package that needed to be shipped within a week via DHL. The manager (and owner I think) was thorough and helped me complete necessary paperwork before he carefully wrapped my goods with bubble wrap and put it in the shipping box. The international shipping prices are not cheap. However, the gentleman who took care of my order gave me a generous discount which I really appreciated. The building is clean, organized and it seems relatively new. There are desk top computers with printer access available for rent. There is a private parking lot in back of the building and plenty of street parking is also available. I highly recommend Post Express for your domestic and international shipping needs.

He came out and gave the estimate but said he would have to wait until the weather broke for the ground to thaw... that was in March! We tried contacting him again with no luck. He not only replied quick, he came out two days later(today) and replaced the mailbox. The work was so nice. I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to do so because of the professionalism, price and demeanor. Bob was busy with other contracts but came out immediately to replace the boxes. He was very polite and reasonably priced. I will recommend him to anyone who needs to replace their mailbox.
