I showed up to pick up the truck. Everything seemed to be going fine and then they asked for a third phone number. I didn't have a third phone number to give them. They argued, and I explained to them that I had nobody that wasn't at work that I could give them a phone number to. The manager decided to cancel my reservation and send it to a place that 2 single white women should not enter down in Cleveland someplace. There are other rentals closer that he could have chosen. When I called customer service (while I stood there in line) they told me that there were other forms of ID he could have asked for. All she asked for was a phone number. He did not give us any other options. The woman at customer service said there was a list of things that pops up. When that phone number request pops up. He could have asked for any of those things.
