This is my doctors note the next day "Patient presents with complaints of right sided body pain since yesterday. This is about the same and not worsening. Patient states that she had hired a moving service to help move a lot of heavy items to her home. She states that she originally agreed to pay a certain price but yesterday when they arrived they wanted her to pay more money for them to move heavier things such as barrels and bags. She states that she refused to pay them so they left her stuff in the street. She states that she had no other way to move the items so she forced herself to move all of her things. She states that she used the right side of her body to help move and push the items. She states that now since then she has had pain to the right shoulder, side hip, leg and lower back. This increases with movement. Pain can radiate up the back and down the righ leg. " Nuff said! but I wanna state that it was a combination of Tina and Tim that literally tried to "milk The clock " not work -stand around while the one employee Jamison was busting his behind all by himself literally ...while the other bully Tim was standing above me, (while I was packing or even in front of my building )not working ! wasting time, charging me per minute, while standing still waiting for money letting minutes pass and then billing you for that !!!!practically as I reminded him he was" wasting time" (7 hour job - should have been left in its completion ) he took 7 hours and still couldn't compleate it ...btw I payed for 7hours $1500.00...! The owner and his group of guys helped me assemble furniture, and even offered to help me fill in some of my old furniture dents (that I caused!) with their stain pen. My in-person experience was relatively good - good enough that I was posting about it to family and friends with high recommendation. But the day after the move I went to set up my TV and discovered that the screen was severely cracked, having been (it seems) pinched in the top two corners. The crack spread across the entire top half of the screen. The TV works, but is unusable. I had to buy a new one, which cost me almost $200. I submitted the damage complaint twice and was not even contacted. For a company that calls and emails every day for a week trying to GET my business in the first place, that is particularly gross. As it stands now, I can't imagine ever using or recommending College HUNKS again purely because of the lack of response to my complaints, let alone lack of resolution. If you don't have anything fragile, sure, go ahead. But maybe move the fragile things yourself (my TV was the only fragile thing I did not move myself, and I sorely regret it). I will add that it was a 3.5 hour job that involved moving down from a second floor in a house and then up to a third floor in another house, and the TV was the only thing damaged. It was not packed in a box and the movers assured me they could use their TV bag and it would be fine. It was not fine.

I removed my 5-star rating after receiving my goods (out-of-state move). Upon unloading, I see that numerous issues were at hand (pictures attached): * Marble table placed on top of TV (Stored on top of an upside down table / legs). * Multiple items stores in position never intended. * Large pieces of furniture resting (bouncing) against Living Room TV. * Christmas boxes placed on bottom of stack (crushed). * Fragile antiques placed on bottom on stack of heavy boxes. * Multiple items not wrapped (despite having left over moving blankets now have dings & scratched that could have been avoided). * Wood able that had so much weight on it, screws stripped out and wobbles. * Broken Kitchen Chair. * Workbench (loaded) placed sideways and belongs inside just bouncing all over. * NOTHING tied down. They were in such a hurry to finish the job that they loaded in such a shoddy way, there was no way that this could arrive without significant damage (in hindsight). After I removed my review, the owner contacted me asking if I had an issue with their work. I sent him pictures and no response. If they respond to this, please don't let them sweet talk you into using them. These guys are shoddy. To add insult, to injury - I tipped these guys quite well. I thought I was hiring pro's to handle my move. I got a bunch of guys throwing stuff into a PODS that simply did not care what kind of shape it was in once it arrived to it's end location.
