As Operations Manager of the Great Price Movers moving company our goal as a team is to focus on the needs of our customer. Just like people, every move is different. The common thread is great service at an affordable price. So, the name Great Price Movers was developed with the formula...
Great Movers + Great Prices = Great Price Movers!
These are the words from the owner!!!
Great Service??? I think NOT.
I originally went with this company cause of the way Randolph spoke. Come to find out it was a huge mistake. My wife and I clearly marked every box and where to put them. I gave them specific instructions to read the boxes and where to put the things that are not labeled. If they had any questions I was in the other room. I made the mistake of setting up my living room and trusting they can read simple "room 1" "room 2" room 3" on the boxes. After a few hours Nate told me they are done and I pay them. That is the mistake I made. I should have checked the work before I paid them.
I found boxes in the dining room that was clearly written "master bedroom", boxes in the kitchen marked "bathroom" - I dont use the bathroom in my kitchen. I walk up into the master bedroom and I couldn't believe what I saw. Dining room table legs in the master, boxes marked "basement", 2 different beds, all my kitchen boxes in the master, a patio heater (still in the box with pictures) in the master, a kitchen garbage can, and best of all - A garden hose with a spirinkler!!!! What did they think I was going to do water my carpet? They stuffed most of the boxes in the master bedroom. In the garage they hid boxes marked "office, heavy, books" under boxes marked garage cause it was too heavy. The freezer was too heavy for them to carry in the basement asking me where else can they put the freezer - In the basement. They complained about taking the Bowflex in the basement so they left it in the garage and hid the base behind a metal cabinet in the garage. I can go on and on about the horrible job and the lack of reading on they're part. This post barley scatches the surface on the things I saw.
My wife called Randalph and they had a 3 way call with Nate. Nate blamed the ignorace and the lack of ability to read and follow simple instructions on me for setting up my tv and putting the trust into them. He was right - I should have treated them like children instead of men. I sent Randulph and email the next day, called 3 times in the next few days and NO response from a guy that takes pride in his company and the work they do.
This company is fortunte to get 1 star cause I cannot give 0. Stay away form this company, they talk a great game and in the end It cost me lots of money and an additional 4hrs putting the boxes and things in the proper location. read more
