I needed to move 1/2 mile down the road. They showed up on time and were fairly efficient. However, they caused damaged to my floor, walls, and furniture. When I contacted the company they asked for documentation, which I provided. They initially said they were offer $50.00, but then never heard from them again. They cause deep scratches in my hardwood floors, scraped up a wall, and damaged a desk. I would NOT recommend using them. read more

We needed a POD of heavy furniture unloaded into our new home. Pretty much everything was going upstairs with one couch going to the basement. I called many moving companies and Moto Movers was by far the cheapest. Not only that but they were incredibly quick to respond, easy to book, and completely professional. Terrell and Jordan were our two movers and they were absolutely amazing. We were very impressed by their hard work, efficiency, and care they took with our items and new home. WORST movers! Do Not use! I have moved several times in the past so I know what to expect from movers. I received a quote for 1 trip with 3 men 5-7 hours. I told owner all my furniture boxes ect. Moto movers 2 trips & 11 hours & did not move all my boxes & big items. The 2nd trip the truck was not full but the employee of Moto Movers told me they were done for the day. They boxes & big items which I could not move which I had to leave. They also put items in my car trunk because I was told did not want to break in their truck!! They damaged property which I emailed pictures to owner. No response from owner & no credit for damaged property or items that were left behind. All my boxes were labeled for each room. They put boxes closest room to the front door. I had to tell them put microwave in kitchen bc put by my front door in living Ron! read more

I moved last August from a first floor home into a third floor apartment. Moto Movers did a fantastic job in less than 4 hours with no damages. I decided to trust them again last week for my move and I'll never make that mistake again. We were clear with Carlos and told him what we had to move- which was only three pieces of furniture extra from the last time. We moved from the 3rd floor to a house. His quote was pretty close to the last. This time the move took nearly 11 hours. Different guys this time. Every contradictory excuse for why it took so long was made. In the end I ended up paying an extra $300 dispite an additional "discount" given because the guys understandably needed extra some extra breaks due to the heat and took a lunch break along with a damaged $1,800 sectional sofa- that now Moto Movers refuses to allow me to use the insurance they offered me for an extra fee because I "didn't inspect everything" before they left. So keep in mind if you use them the quote could be hours off, the U-Haul truck they send may be smaller than the size recommended based on your room size (yes, they use U-Haul trucks, they don't actually have company trucks). And if you want them to pay for damages you'll have to open every box and check every small appliance, and move everything they've piled around your furniture to check it BEFORE they leave. read more

They managed to move our heavy king sized bed up a narrow flight of stairs with a sharp turn.
