Movers were on time, but truck was too small to fit all my belongings. Very upsetting considering the lengthy process of covering the contents of my apartment. All the loading and unloading of the content, gas, and time it took all of us to travel back and forth 2 hours each way to do it. Additionally, the movers caused damage to my walls in the stairway which I will have to pay for out of my apartment security deposit. The back-and-forth with the rep about an appropriate reduction in costs was also stressful and time consuming. His insistent reluctancy to take a minimal amount off the bill was ridiculous.
