I've been happy enough with some of the companies, and disappointed in others. But Blue Men? They blew every other experience I've had out of the water. They sent someone out ahead of time to give us a quote so we had a very reliable ballpark estimate as opposed to the "do it yourself" online versions. And because we had a big move (a 3 bed, 3 bath house moving to a penthouse condo in downtown Cleveland) they sent three amazing guys to make the job smooth and fast. And it was exactly that. The three men who showed up were so professional and kind and worked their absolute tails off. They were so careful with our stuff, gladly rearranged things if I accidentally told them the wrong place, and made sure we were absolutely happy before leaving. They also packed for us the day beforehand and OMG I will never move again without having this exact company doing the job. I've already unpacked a bunch of what they boxed up and they were sooo careful and efficient with our stuff!! I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. I truly hope someone high up reads this and connects my review to the three specific guys who did our move and the two men who packed us and gives all four of them (because one did both!) a huuuuggge bonus. Because they are giving your company an amazing name. Although, as I said, my real estate agent said she has heard nothing but good about them. That says a lot if you ask me! Also... The price? The deal was 1100.00 to pack and move a short distance. In 8 hours they were asking for more money to complete the move. I just rented a trailer and finished it myself. The pins needed to hold up the shelves are missing. Isaiah told me they were in my old home office tape together in a ball. I went back there and found nothing anywhere I looked. Afraid to sleep on either bed that they reassembled. I removed the photos and changed the rating because Jerome from Moving ahead did an excellent job of correcting all our issues. I view the measure of a company not only on the original work but how they handle any issues that occur from the move. Moving Ahead Services did an excellent job correctly every issue we had.
