When we told them we were moving forward with another contractor, they responded "congratulations". We also hired them to remove some bushes from our property, even using the word "removal" in the quote, but their solution was to cut them to the ground and leave the root systems in tact. We had to get them to revise the quote for our files because it didn't reflect the work they actually did. Poor customer service, poor experience overall.
