I had two other well known companies that came in one at 15k+ and another at 12k+. I started working with Jeremy with the quote and he uses a app on the smart phones that is called hover. This app allows you to take pictures of your house from different angles and render a 3D view of the house. He came back with what I thought was a fair price. All the items I wanted covered in the contract were covered. Everything was signed through electronic documents. He was able to get me 0 down and 0% interest for a term of 6-12 months. I ended up going with the 6 month term. The only think I wish I had was more face time with Jeremy during the signing process. Install: The installers where great. Very hard workers and knocked out the project with 2 guys in 4 days. I was on site a lot of the time and I did not see any time of them not working hard and that was something great to see. They communicated with me and let me know what was going on and made sure that I was informed. When the project was done I had a few things that I wanted to get touched up. Very small things they knocked out in 10 mins. That was great to see. I would say my overall experience with Jeremy and the crew was a very good one. Fair Price, quality work, good communications, and willing to make sure I was satisfied with the project even if it meant coming out to fix something.

Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. I was told it would be up to 8-12 weeks until receiving the products so I told them I'd have to return to Ohio for it to just give me a couple of weeks notice. I ended up getting a call that they wanted to install the next day after only 3-4 weeks! That was fast! But I wasn't able to get back there that quickly and had to make arrangements for someone else to let them in. My not getting to be there I have no idea how it looks or works. According to my tenant, the sliding door wasn't shutting properly or locking and the paint needs another coat or 2. I called Empire and they went out at my tenants convenience and fixed the door/lock. Awesome service! Great pricing. And we will see how the quality holds up after a winter and a summer in Ohio. I have a great feeling that Empire being a family business will only be a phone call away if needed and I love supporting those businesses! These are the only pics I have so far. When we ordered the awnings, we were given a lead time of several weeks and these guys were able to get the awnings and have them installed more than a week earlier than expected. The awnings are beautiful, high quality and exactly what we needed. I definitely recommend these guys for all your awning needs. They are the best company I have ever hired for anything! Not only was their work top-notch but they were incredibly kind and respectful the entire time. None of the workers used foul language or left trash around our yard. They treated us like family. Plus, they came to discuss things with me throughout the process to ensure each step of the project was done exactly the way I wanted. I simply cannot say enough good things about these folks.
