Saturday September 18, I called about an item that appeared on my charge card from this store that I did not recognize. The woman who answered the phone (she does not deserve to be called a lady) could not have been ruder. Not only that, but it took three calls to get the phone answered. When she finally did answer, during the course of the conversation, she admitted to me it was a slow morning, which makes me wonder what she was doing that she couldn't answer the phone. In trying to get to the bottom of the matter, she became impatient and hung up on me. I called back 2 times, and she ignored my calls and did not answer. What she did say, is that she had several calls like mine that morning. I did get to the bottom of it and would have called her as a courtesy with an explanation so she would know as a help to other such callers and herself, but didn't bother. (Why should I?) AVOID THIS UPS STORE unless, of course, you don't mind or enjoy rude treatment. read more

First, I rarely write reviews. Second, I would be doing this location a disservice if I didn't. I use this UPS location on a regular basis. Every time I go in, no matter what I need assistance with as far as mailing services, I always encounter pleasant, helpful employees. I've even had an employee who was unsure about a question I had, call the manager on her day off just to make sure everything was set up the right way and would find its destination. I will continue to support this local business and hope others will give it a try. read more

This is one of the nicest UPS stores that you can ever go to! The owner Mary makes it her duty to get to know you by your name and your needs. She knows me on a first name basis and is really one of the nicest people I know. I would recommend people going there for all of your UPS needs. read more

If I could give zero I would. Manager is terrible and has no idea as to what she doing. She is also very rude. She made a mistake setting up a mailbox for us, provided the wrong information on her part. We contacted the store regarding the problem and received a call back from, apparently the owner, who at first tried to cover for their mistake and unprofessional then stated they had misinformed as to the services they were capable of providing. He told me I could get a refund. When I went to the store, 15 minutes later, I dealt with the general manager who was rude and never offered me an apology. Very unprofessional and I will never use the store again. I would advise those needing a UPS store to go to the one in Sheffield/Avon. read more
