I also used them for my own photography business, and they ALWAYS came through for me. As you probably know, the measure of a company isn't when everything is right, fast and perfect. But when there is a wrench thrown into the process. Greko came out on top when that happened too. If something was wrong, it was fixed IMMEDIATELY and without any kind of .. well.. attitude for lack of a better word. They were always apologetic, and always right on top of getting it right. And if I screwed something up - they worked with me then too, with patience and understanding. I recommend Greko to each and every one of you. They aren't the least expensive place, but they DO have the best service and best product around.

I've been coming here on and off since I started my job that's about a mile from this post office…read more We use it a lot because we send stuff out certified and use a few other services like other human beings that go to the post office. For starters, the place is almost always clean and well stocked. It's not the biggest or baddest post office, but this one seems to have it together, considering what it is. The lines are never terribly long and the ladies here that wait on me are quick and efficient. Recently, they had their drive up mail box replaced. It was rusty and in terrible shape. I hated using it, and am glad to see a new one on the curb. There is a parking lot here, but its tight and your better off parking on the curb. Making a left out of here can be downright dangerous at times because the stoplight is always on blinking red and the cars parked on the street block your view of people coming at you. There is a few downsides to this place but I will only discuss the one big one that has only caused me grief once. They do not accept packages here for whatever reason, and send you to the main post office off Fenkel. I have no idea why this is. I've seen a few patrons get a little crazy over it and it wasn't pretty. I've only been to the Fenkel location once, and it's a super nice updated facility, about 3 miles away. Overall, it's an alright place and the staff is super friendly and nice. Will continue to return here as long as I work on this side of town.

The staff member on duty was very standoffish and even accused me of faking my online payment receipt, which is wild. They also no longer allow cash payments in Canadian currency, only U.S. cash or pre-payment online, which is inconvenient if you stop by on weekends without U.S. cash on hand. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I'll be looking for a different parcel service going forward.

I physically visited their office with copies of my company's business cards and letterhead and asked for them to reproduce the materials exactly in a fairly large quantity (for a small business of approximately 10 employees). The company faxed various "proofs" to me and I approved them. But since they were faxed, obviously, they didn't show color. When the order was completed, they shipped the order to me. But when the order arrived, the colors were COMPLETELY wrong. I immediately called and told them so. However, the company refused to fix their error. First they said I didn't give them a color code. I explained not only did they never ask for one, I didn't know what a color code was. I told them I personally delivered copies of our existing letterhead and business cards to them and instructed them to match the colors and design exactly and that they said they could do that. At that point they said they never received any of the materials. I asked to speak to my Customer Service rep, whom I met with when placing the order. His name was "Dean." Dean continued the lie that they never received a copy of our business cards or letterhead to compare colors. At this point I am fuming. I tell Dean that I met with him personally and that he took my materials from me himself. He continues telling me he never received them. I ask if they never received them, how were they able to duplicate the design layout for me to proof? He simply restated, "We never received copies of your business cards or letterhead." This went round and round. With me telling Dean that I sat at a table with him, gave him the materials personally, and wondered how they could matched the design layout perfectly if they never received the items I gave him. And Dean just kept replying, "We never received copies." Finally, I asked to talk to the owner "Barry". They refused to let me speak to him. But they said they discussed the matter with Barry who refused to rerun the order. They said, Barry would let us keep the incorrect order at half price or they would come and pick up the incorrect order they sent and not charge us for it. However, they refused to correct their mistake and redo the order correctly. I told them to pick up their order and that we'd be finding a new printing service. Stay far away from this company. There are much better, and more reputable, print shops out there than these people.
