Ordered up some postcards and other goodies for the Yelp Culture Club here and had a pretty easy go of it. Uploaded all the files on the website and the staff gave me a call to verify that everything was correct, double check price, and all officially place the order. They turned everything over in 2 days and had decent rates. I have to admit I haven't ordered a ton of fancy printing yet but I thought what I paid for the amount I ordered and the quality of the work + turn around time was really reasonable. What's also nice is they will ship it (out of state included) but you can forgo wait times and shipping cost and pick it up yourself. I was already going to be in the area so I decided to just swing by and save myself a few $$. The place is pretty hard to find (it's in a building that is marked as a body repair shop) and the facility itself is confusing (the lobby is closed off behind a door that isn't marked and when I first walked in I couldn't see anyone so I accosted a man in the printing area for directions) and it definitely could use a paint job but it's not like you're hanging out there or anything. You're just going in to pick up an order so it didn't bother me too much. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful although the boxes were a little unorganized, everything is just on the floor with a proof on top so you just walk around looking for it. I had some initial trouble locating my second box but I eventually found it. Might help to have some sort of filing system in place but perhaps the workers find this easier? I am thrilled with the way the cards came out. They look beautiful, super shiny and the print quality is fantastic. All in all I'm really pleased with my experience here and I will happily order from them again in the future. read more

Their designer "beloved designs" was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Saw a quote online for $99 dollars and when I got there he quoted a insane $500!! Sorry to say, these guys came recommended by a colleague but we're highly unprofessional when I tried to support. Miscommunication, "no guarantee" on delivery time and when I drove all the way there to pick up my order I placed online beforehand AND received a confirmation email.... It hadn't even been started. When I called to confirm that my 2 day order would be available on the due date, the gentleman answering the phone told me there was 'no guarantee ' it would be complete . Yes they are fast but not at all worth the headache. The postcards they printed for us will end up in the recycling bin. The quality is terrible. Our time sensitive postcards arrived four days past the deadline. They were cut incorrectly (All Pro templates were used for the layout) and the color was completely off. The artwork was changed to an ugly greenish yellow. They took my money and left me with a pile of useless prints. When I called and wrote emails trying to resolve the issue they never responded. They might be better in person, if the customer can check the proofs and stay on top of the job from start to finish. I will never, ever use their online printing again. It was a complete waste of time and money. I lost an opportunity for advertising as well. read more

The owner gave me the great idea of ordering 8.5"x11" paper so All Pro could fit multiple cards on a page and cut them down to fit the size I needed. I got lucky, the owner helped to process my order, made file adjustments needed and delivered my piece to a client in California via Southwest Airlines Cargo. I placed an order online with All Pro Color for 100 fliers. As soon as the order was placed, they charged my credit card, which is fine. Over a week later I called to see if my fliers had been printed, and they were "having trouble" accessing the account, and that no, the fliers had not been printed. Since I had them on the phone, I asked if I could order 300 more fliers. They said they only did them in amounts of 250 or 500, so I went with 500. They gave me a good price, or so I thought. I went to pick them up, and they had 1000 fliers from before (when I only ordered 100) that they claimed I never picked up. Of course I didn't pick them up, because my status online said the order was PENDING. And now I have an additional 500 that I don't need and have to pay for anyway. When I check my order online, it says 100 fliers for the original order, not 1000! Obviously, I would not have ordered even more if they had #1 printed them when they were supposed to, and #2 printed the correct number according to the order online. So here I am stuck with an unnecessary 1500 fliers. What a waste. I will never use this company again. read more

I needed a quick turnaround for obituaries and I found All Pro Color online. I trie to place an order but the shipping costs were not working properly and wouldn't let me complete the order. I called the 888 number on the website & spoke with one of the employees. I told him what I wanted and he instructed me to complete the application online as a pick up instead of a shipping, and they would handle the shipping on their end. I was still having trouble so I called back and spoke with Laurie (I think she was the manager). She was very considerate and assured me she would do what she could to get me the obituaries within 2 working days. It took me a little longer to get the file ready for print. I phoned the next day and the phone lines were not working properly. By this time, I was a bit frustrated and reluctant to try the company. I spoke back to Laurie and she assured me that she would have everything to me in time. Not only did she do a great job, but I had 100 obituaries delivered to my door in less than 24 hours. They printed glossy, double-sided, color copies for under 100 dollars with the shipping costs - AMAZING! I highly recommend this company and Thank you Laurie and staff for your incredible work!
