If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I came into this store to get added onto a family plan…read more I had intended to activate an old device to keep costs down. They talked me into trading in my current phone and upgrading. They priced everything out and the numbers were good. They also said I would be receiving a $200 bill credit and a few accessories with a promotion they were having plus I was switching from a competitor. I thought awesome these people are being so helpful! Well the told me how much my phone was going to cost with the contract and we were good to go. There were several times they said something that I didn't understand and I asked them to clarify and they did. They mentioned the edge program and I told them that I did not want to do that and wanted to do contract. I told them that several times and they confirmed that they weren't. I pay for the price they gave me for the contracted phone and sign the contract, which they told me was a 2-year contract. I find out two months later that it was all a lie. I check my bill and I am getting billed monthly for the device, which is edge and they told me that wasn't what they were doing. I call Verizon customer service and they have no record of me paying for my phone, yet I have a credit card statement that says otherwise. I went back and looked and they charged me for all of my "free" accessories to make it look like I was paying for my two year contract phone price and slipped the edge plan in very VERY subtly because I was very adamant that I did not want edge. I do not recommend going to this store unless you want to get ripped off and lied too. I have NEVER had this problem before and have always believed what a company told me. Plus they had this promotion posted in their store. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!

Dishonest employees that will lie to your face. I took a old Verizon phone in to have activated for…read moremy son. The store employee told me it would only be a $20 monthly line fee added to my account. In reality they charged me $40 a month and put me under a two year contract like I was purchasing the phone. When I realized this I went back to the store, they said they would correct the mistake. The employee never corrected the mistake and after going back to the store month after month for several months it only got corrected when I had to upgrade to a new phone with a two-year contract because the old phone was no longer working correctly. When asked to speak to the manager they told me that he was fired and expected me to except that as a reasonable answer, I then had to ask for the regional managers contact information which they reluctantly gave me. I was never credited for the over charges that were made to my account! Do not go to this store!

This was a tough decision on how many stars to provide. I give the customer service 3 stars once…read morethey finally get to you to assist in anything you need. However, the process and time you will spend there is 1 Star. We have been at this location 4 times in the last two years. Each time we are there 2-4 hours. We go during the week days when they are less busy, but even when there are only one or two customers before us, it is still a minimum of an hour wait. We have bought two new phones, traded in another phone and had them help us with a new glass cover on the 4 occasions. They are slow, not organized in any way, and I'm not sure why we keep going back except that we have been Verizon customers for years and this is our easiest access location. Just know going in that you will need to not be in a hurry and you will waste your entire day there.

News flash you only need the phone for tech support our account can be accessed by any device with wifi. So theres lesson one for the verizon professionals. So i went into the store and when i had mentioned my husband called a sales associate name Hunter immediately told me that my husband could be a little nicer on the phone and refused to help me as well. So now im going to Tmobile because I dont understand how a business expects to keep a customer they wont help. Especially for $200/month for 2 of the top service lines you can pay for.

I was passed of to several different people and finally was able to get a knowledgeable technician but he was working with several other people and technical staff constantly asking him other question. After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. I had to backup my iPhone 5 + via ICloud. website because I can't get into Apple Store, or many other app.
