    Get this service if you want to be overcharged for crappy service. Check your bill because usually they screw it up

Don't know how the got my bank account never paid with it so it's been since the the end of February,I have spent 11hours on phone they keep promising to put the money back since February I have been with att since it was ma Bell my next step is attorney will never use them again.     When is my install?? October 28,2021 I called and scheduled…read morean INSTALL of the new fiber. The INSTALL was scheduled for today November 8 between 9am- 11am I got a dozen texts CONFIRMING my INSTALL- even got one that said the INSTALL could take up to 4 hours. Today the tech and a sales guys show up - not here even 30 minutes to tell me they can't do anything until the ground cable contractor runs the line under the street and to the house. My issue with this is- This should have been done before my scheduled INSTALL appointment. Now I took the day off work for this INSTALL. To be told the ground contractor is scheduled for November 11 and then once he is done the tech will contact us to schedule theINSTALL. They just ran the new fiber in the neighborhood so shouldn't you (AT&T) all know what needs to be done to complete an INSTALL? Now I get to waste more time off work to get this done. Again I scheduled an INSTALL for TODAY not November 11 or after. What a crappy way to run your business - I have spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Originally, speaking to an off shore CSR and they were rude and bait and switched the sales call to today I was hung up on by Ms. Johnson(a supervisor in the Loyalty Department) plus called the wrong name the whole conversation. Correcting her didn't help matters. I am Mrs Stobbs not Mrs Barnes. End result I am not happy with how I am being treated when this INSTALL was scheduled for TODAY November 8 - 9am-11am. It is currently 12:12pm and I am no closer to having an INSTALL done today. Think twice before signing up with AT&T. So far I am not happy with their customer service at all. AT&T does not care about their customers. We are just dollar signs to them. AT&T management - I would love to discuss this further with you.

    I cannot fully express just how incompetent and useless the Spectrum Mobile Customer Service…read moreDepartment is, but I am going to try. I lost my phone 3 months ago, so I bought a new one from Spectrum. Instead of blacklisting the phone that I lost, they blacklisted my brand new phone, making it completely inoperable - no calls, texts, wifi, nothing. For over a week, my phone was useless - Spectrum blamed everyone else but themselves in the process, even blaming Verizon. So I called their bluff, called Verizon...Verizon confirmed they had nothing to do with it. When I called Spectrum back, after a week of being told "we have to wait for Verizon" - Spectrum made the change and got me back online. After that debacle, I decided to change phone providers - Now, I have been waiting FIVE additional weeks while Spectrum generates an unlock code to free my phone. My phone has been dead for five weeks while Spectrum figures out how to do something that takes most a matter of minutes. By Spectrum's own admission, it should take at most 2-3 days. It's been 5 weeks. During that time, they've called me all of ONE time to tell me they were closing the ticket "just assuming it had been resolved". They also told me it was my phone manufacturer's fault. So I called Samsung and, once again, they confirmed it was still on Spectrum to resolve this. In the 3 months I've had a new phone with Spectrum, they have turned my phone off in error half of the time...6 weeks. I've been on hold for 48 hours in 3 months. During that time, I've been lied to, ignored, misled, given deadlines they've never met, and have heard them pass the buck numerous times. You get a different story, one rep to the next. They have no idea what they're doing and now I'm out $500 for the phone I just paid for that they've screwed up. I want to switch providers and I can't because they have screwed up my phone. Every minute I have spent on hold with them, the recording says "count on us to keep you connected". Meanwhile, they are responsible for doing exactly the opposite.
