Not only are they jacking my bill up unceremoniously, they are now deleting channels that I had in my package that I EXPLICITLY PAID FOR and now they say "oh you have to pay a separate charge for those channels as those were given to you for 3 years complimentary. You talk about blatant highway robbery and a bunch of Motherf%^"ing thieves who clearly are looking to rip off people anyway they can. This was the final straw. Jacking my bill up is one thing but doing it and deleting my channels that were in my package before is clearly shady business tactics to try and screw customers out of more money. Stay away from this company. I had them for ten miserable fuc%ing years and it's not worth the headache or trouble anymore.
