So I was being billed for the same services twice (internet and home phone) at 2 different prices. I took the matter to a supervisor and they fixed the problem immediately, the double bills stopped immediately, and they even refunded some of my money for the trouble. And even though the new u-verse cost more, they gave me a discount for the first year. Their excellent customer service made all the difference.

I still get my Internet service and landline from Spectrum. And the price is reasonable. The speed and reliability is excellent. But I dropped their cable service and went with an independent streaming service. I get all the channels I had plus some additional ones and I save A LOT of money. He did the google search I did but that can not be reliable at times. He also was unsure why the Cox website didn't list the store under locations.
