He is the man to for your business accounts and any other problems you might have, he's very professional, and spends the time to do the full service. I can't believe how painless my visit here went today. My mom was finally ready for a new phone. (7years with the old one) We walked in and got greeted. Within 5 minutes Kalid was helping us. If you have to go to this store literally your will to live will be sucked from you as you breathe, time stands still...You literally move through the store unaware to the verizon employees until your name magically gets called from the carney barker in the kiosk in the middle of the store.... Save yourself....Serve yourself... I URGE you to do so...Go to Southpark to the corporate kiosk and not only will they see you but empathize with and do right as best they can.... These phones are turned on and ready to be played with!! (Uhhh, didn't realize how that sounded until after I typed it.) but seriously. I haven't been to a VZW store in ages where the phones were toys to be tried out, as opposed to just carcasses with fake screens glued to them. I am trying to pick out a new phone and got to actually work with three that I was interested in. The guys are involved, but not clingy. They have a sign-in system if you need to be helped; otherwise, just browse away. I spent an hour in here without any funny looks. read more

This is the worst verzion wireless store! I have been customer for over 15 years and each time I ever went in this store to either upgrade or change a service, they promise you will have added charges. Each time I had a big surprise on my bill. Either they higher stupid people or sharks looking to make commission on a sale to get you to sign up for something you don't need and promise you can cancel anytime. WRONG! I was charged for wifi box after coming in to ask a question about my unlimited package and wanted to know how I can get the 10 GIGS hotspot that is also on my package (I could of used my phone for it he didn't tell me), he set it up ion my account for a new line of service and I'm charged now $30 extra, not to mention the $30 activation fee. I didn't know until I received my bill, so I tried canceling they would not allow me to do so because its after 15 days, I can't fight it just deal with it for 2 years, other wise I would be charged a cancelation feel. This was the most recent time these idiots or sharks scammed me! Do your business online or to another store, stay away from the Rockside store where everyone treats you like potential prey. read more

Long waits in a big empty store and then only to be met with minimal help. The extra rub for me was that they only stood behind their overpriced headphones for a whopping 14 days. I know, serves me right for buying cell phone accessories at the cell phone store. read more

One of the busier and better stores in the area. They usually are well stocked and staffed so your wait is not excessive. Parking can be a challenge due to the adjacent restaurants. Overall, if you need something you can't get online, here is your place to go. read more

My husband went in to buy a case for his new samung tab s and the lady who helped him said she'd check in the back and came back with nothing. Going to this store actually kind of helped me. I went in there yesterday with the sole intention of purchasing one of two phones. I had already done reviews and was ready to buy. However, the salesperson tried to use scare tactics and they worked. I left the store without purchasing any phones and have decided to wait out my contract until April and then switch to T-Mobile. According to him Verizon is changing away from contracts. If this is true and I upgrade my phone, my husband will be stuck with his phone for another two years (four total) without being able to get an upgrade. I am not being sarcastic when I say that I appreciate him scaring me. I think I would have been stuck with Verizon with no way to get a new phone for my husband if I would have bit the bullet and bought last night. I went in there the other day to ask about my warranty on my phone. I woke up on Saturday morning to a Purple screen. Absolutely no outside/external damage to my phone and it wasn't dropped or exposed to water. The gentlemen told me that my phone was not covered under warranty and would have to pay the $150 deductible to get it fixed. So fast forward to today, I called verizon to have my number switched to an older phone of mine (So i can see what I am doing) and the guy on the phone asks how my phone is damaged. I tell him that the screen is purple but other than that, the phone is working and has no outside damage. He says 100% its covered under warranty. He puts me to the warranty folks and lo and behold, they are sending me a new phone overnight! I don't understand why the local store would put me through the ringer like that but I am so glad I called their customer supoort!!! Don't go into this store! read more

I attempted to change from At&T to Verizon over the weekend - 6 days later I'm it didn't work out. According to the website you are able to simply follow directions, get a SIM card and you are done. NOT TRUE. Once you get the SIM card, good luck with getting someone on the phone to help you when it does not work, and if they do get on the phone, they will hang up on you if they can't figure out your problem. If you think of going to the store, good luck if you get someone to not treat you like an idiot. Bottomline, all they wanted was to sell me a new phone and tight me up to a 2 year contract. They misrepresent the "bring your phone and number" to get you into a contract. I will never make that mistake again. The people at this store were rude and condacending - they should go out of business. read more
