We are seniors and new technology is not something that comes easy to us. We are getting new…read morephones, actually going from a Samsung ro Apple. Now we find out that our pictures will not be able to be transfered. Off to Best Buy to look into a photo stick. The first young man we encountered knew NOTHING about how they work. Now that makes three of us. He goes off to find someone that can help. Next young man is only a fraction better by telling us that you put the photo stick in the port, tap on the photo you want to save. How to retrieve them was a mystery. We decided to buy two photo sticks thinking maybe we could figure it out but I wanted to look at tablets first. Again,we are not knowledgeable so we asked ( still the second young man) how tablets work. We would be better off asking the grandkids but the employees at Best Buy are either not knowledgeable or just can't be bothered since it is a no commission job. So we get home with two photo sticks. Step1. Put photo stick into phone, tap picture....is something suppose to let us know it was successful? Step 2. There is no port on our computer to put this thing. Everytime we go to Best Buy the employees are all the same, completely useless. Step 1. Put photo stick in the phone. Step 2. Tap on photo, is something suppose to tell us this was successful? Step 3. Try to insert photo stick into the computer but computer has no opening for this gadget.

An absolute life saver!!! Very efficient service and well worth coming into the store. I will go back for future service and purchases for sure.

Everyone was really nice and answered all my questions about the different levels of tint for my windows. I even interacted with the owner! I was able to leave my vehicle and have them call me when they were done. I was completely satisfied with the tint job. No bubbles, tears or cuts on any of my windows. I would definitely recommend them if you need window tint on your vehicle

I had a horrible experience and will not go there for any type of car service. To avoid…read moredisappointment & frustration, I recommend that others look elsewhere for car services. I took my car in so they could install a remote starter. I already had a lock/unlock function on my key fob but wanted the remote start function. When I got my car back and received my keys, I naturally asked where my lock/unlock functions were on the new key fob. They told me that it would be an extra $40. The problem is, no one told me that it would be extra to have that function. A good business who cares about their customers would have seen that I had that function on my fob and told me about the charge in order to keep the lock/unlock feature and be happy with the service. Instead, I received an apology. I received no discount. They insist that I pay full price and act like there's nothing they can do about it. Whenever I call them, the manager is always conveniently busy. I live far away and can't call off work just to get this done. Simple customer service goes a long way; it can make or break a business. They've got a lot to learn about how to rectify their mistakes.
