Immoral unethical business Sales reps will sell you whatever they want in the system to many customers to get extra commission on phones and internet "plans" just to make more money and you end up paying more than what you signed up for. then when you want to cancel you have to speak with the managers under the owner of the company just to get anything actually changed. then you go back to the bill review a month later to see that nothing is actually changed anyways. then you find out that all their reviews are fake and the only real ones are hard to find. it's like the Internet services by the mafia. read more

This is definitely bait and switch. I have fair service and I have the dvr and an upgrade to the 144 stations and I pay $172. My sister who is a senior citizen who had less stations, no dvr and only basic and her service went up to $220 which she refused. She loves the tvland and other stations that have old shows. but she had to give them up because she is on a fixed income. I spoke with Spectrum to see why the price difference and they stated it depended on the promotion offered at the time she signed up. I felt so bad for her. Since moving over to spectrum our internet has been terrible. It constantly shuts off in the middle of major work projects as well as forcing you to buy boxes and ultimately making more money. Definitely a bait and switch. Terrible service and not great quality. read more

Ok I've had bad luck with other TW/Spectrum locations but this one was awesome. No wait at all, attentive staff, was in and out in 5 minutes. Just had to drop off an old cable box and exchange a modem. Could not possibly have been easier. Staffing seems to have increased significantly since the Spectrum acquisition. read more

I don't know what store they are showing in this picture but it's not the one in Garfield. I understand that everyone is in a rush to go home after work BUT if I can speed from my job from 45 minutes away and place my car in mortal danger to brave Turney Rd potholes then they could AT LEAST keep the doors open until the advertised 6pm. Stop setting your clocks 5 minutes fast so that you can close up a couple of minutes earlier. I went there two days in a row and the clock in my car, the clock on my Galaxy Note 4 and the clock on my Gear S all said that I had 3 minutes until 6 and the doors were already locked. And I saw the clerks sitting there laughing at me and another lady who arrived at the same time that I did. Very unprofessional. read more

Worst internet provider you could possibly go with. My internet has crashed I want to say 8 times within the last 2 hours and when it goes out it's typically down for about 10-20 minutes. I simply don't have a problem with the employees or anybody that works there, I have a problem with the fact that they promise high speed internet which yes it is but only when it actually works and isn't down like mine was and currently is and most likely will be shortly again. read more

The internet is not high speed at. I had started cable service with them and they offer me the easy start kit. I tryed to hook it up and it was all bad, they had to come out to my house to go on the pole and do something so that made me wait other 3 days for my service for a tech to come out. The tech was due to be at my house at 6pm he did not get there til 10pm then called hisself hooking it up but i guess he did not know what he was doing so he just left but had me waiting up because i think he outside on the polo so this was at 12am. If I could rate this company less then one star I would. The customer service is horrible. I pay $170/month for cable and internet. My on demand has not worked for over a month! I have had three different technicians out to my house and they could not fix the issue. I have been told repeatedly that it is a front end issue and they are working on it. They also said they would adjust my bill once the issue is fixed. Since this issue is still going on I got billed the entire amount when I called about this they offered me $10 off my bill. They said that on demand is a free service!!! I will be canceling as soon as I can. read more

Spectrum service is horrible. I spoke with someone about a specific channel not working while all the other were he told me to check the mute button!!? What wouldn't all the channels be muted. My problem is that if late with payment they disconnect your services but are not eager to fix issues with the service, I had replay on my channels they took that away now if it works there's no sound read more

Biggest con game going - pricing is such a bait and switch that I don't understand how the government lets them get by with this. They convinced me to change from Time Warner to Spectrum and guaranteed I would have the same TV channels except the HBO which I didn't want anyway. They promised me a 30 dollar savings and I said OK. After all of the hassle of swapping the equipment and getting it all activated, I find that I don't have a lot of the channels like the Animal Planet and the Science channel. When I called the customer service, they informed me that I would have to step up two levels to get those channels which would raise the cost over $24 per month. I asked them why I should have even bothered to change, they said "I don't know, but once you change, you can't go back to Time Warner". There were 2 people behind the desk when I went in, one was helping another customer and the other completely ignored me. Staff wasn't knowledgeable about questions I had and talked to me like I was stupid. Do not fall for the 30 day free trial we decided we did not want their horrible service not to mention the atrocious customer service so we had the service disconnected. First of all to get our original phone number back they said we had to wait two weeks-so with that being saidwe either had to wait to have our other service turn back time or go without Internet or phone or have both modems hooked up which is impossible and that's when the nightmare begins now for six weeks we've been fighting for a refund they are trying to charge us for three movies we never watched trying to charges for installation that was free actually they never did nothing that used existing equipmentwe have already been told by at least four different people data charges have been taken off and refund has been issued and now here we are over a month later back to the beginning being told we're being charged for movies and installation again and no checkhas been issued and mysteriously the previous countless hours on recorded phone calls there's no sign of themI could go into much more detail as to why to not order the service but I am so done with Time Warner cable all I can say is don't waste your time and risk your sanity dealing with these people run run run run run run I truly wish I could put -5 stars because that's what this review again liars cheaters scammers read more

Had the lovely experience dealing with this new set-up over the phone today. I recently got married and my wife moved in. I've had Time Warner for years and had no problems. My wife works from home and wanted to switch the bill to her name. Here's were it starts, the first call we were told it was a better idea to cancel and restart suervice in her name due to the current offers. To just switch the account to her name we would pay $20 more for the same speed. Second call is made to cancel. This representative stated it was much better to just switch the name over and shed note that she offered the new customer price. So contradicting stores, one to my wife and myself. Third time we called together on speaker phone. This time we are told in order to switch the account we would need to have a notarized certificate they provide that we are married and must be brought into the local store front. Oh the price went up by $10. Also she noted that our account was flagged so if I cancelled my service and she tried to get new service we would have to wait 30 days to from cancellation to start a new service.
