    True facts about shitty customer service

    Literally on the phone for 1.45 hours trying to resolve a simple issue. Spoke to 3 different people. Renee Antwan and I can't remember the 3rd. So then I ask to speak to a supervisor Rasheed who couldn't even respect me enough to answer my call. If you have spectrum get rid of them quick. I give them a -10 star rating.

    Misleading Sales, Broken Promises, and Zero Accountability…read more I went to an AT&T Mobility store for one simple reason: to replace an iPhone. I specifically chose a model that was listed as in stock and confirmed it could be delivered the next day. This was important because it was a birthday present. Lidia, a Retail Sales Expert, explicitly told me the phone would arrive the next day. That assurance is the only reason I placed the order. Fast forward: AT&T now notifies me that the phone might ship in a month. When I tried to resolve this directly with AT&T, I was met with an estimated two-hour wait time just to speak with someone. Completely unacceptable. I then called the store and spoke with Lidia again. Her solution? Come back to the store, cancel the order, and start the entire process over--with absolutely no guarantee that the delivery would be any faster. In other words: "Sorry we misled you, now waste more of your time." This is either gross incompetence, misleading sales practices, or both. AT&T had no problem taking my money, but when it came time to honor what was promised, there was zero ownership, zero urgency, and zero customer service. I'm beyond disappointed. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating mess that ruined a birthday gift. If you value your time--or honesty from a company--think twice before stepping into this store. Disgusted is an understatement.

    Very happy with the service we received from Chris K. Came into switching my line to my SO's…read moreaccount from another competitor to Verizon. He was very knowledgeable about everything. He added me to a new account with a new phone & also told my SO about his deal he had being a loyal customer. Verizon was able to buy back his old phone and upgrade him as well. While the process was tedious, Chris K was extremely polite and courteous from start to finish. He stayed 3 1/2 hrs after close to get everything squared away for us! He's new to the cellphone sales but was so friendly and calm as he went through the process with us. Thank you Chris + team for taking the time and making the whole process bearable. I was misled about…read morea supposed "free phone upgrade" that was actually a monthly payment plan, with a bill nearly double what I was told. When I tried to resolve the issue, the employee Nick was rude, dismissive, and blamed me instead of helping. He even told me to "call Verizon and get some third world country person to help." The manager was just as bad--hung up on me, accused me of being rude to staff, and ignored what really happened. I am pregnant, and instead of support, I was met with hostility and unnecessary stress. Nick immediately twisted the situation, falsely claiming I yelled at him, and got his coworkers to back up the lie. This store is extremely dishonest. Once you sign up for one of their so-called deals, you'll see how carefully they've set things up to get rid of you instead of taking responsibility.
