He added me to a new account with a new phone & also told my SO about his deal he had being a loyal customer. Verizon was able to buy back his old phone and upgrade him as well. While the process was tedious, Chris K was extremely polite and courteous from start to finish. He stayed 3 1/2 hrs after close to get everything squared away for us! Please do not shop here. This place is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I was misled about a supposed "free phone upgrade" that was actually a monthly payment plan, with a bill nearly double what I was told. When I tried to resolve the issue, the employee Nick was rude, dismissive, and blamed me instead of helping. He even told me to "call Verizon and get some third world country person to help." The manager was just as bad--hung up on me, accused me of being rude to staff, and ignored what really happened. I am pregnant, and instead of support, I was met with hostility and unnecessary stress. Nick immediately twisted the situation, falsely claiming I yelled at him, and got his coworkers to back up the lie. This store is extremely dishonest. Buyer Beware!!!!! I recently purchased a new phone with this Cellular Sales location. When I got my bill, I noticed I was charged two $35 activation fees. One at Cellular Sales and one at Verizon. When I called Verizon, they said I only should have been charged the $35 with Verizon. Verizon was great and immediately credited my account back the $35. Recently, my phone started intermittently flashing. I took my phone to this location to replace since I was still in my 30 day warranty period. I was told by the associate who sold me the phone that Cellular Sales couldn't replace my phone. I would have to call Verizon to order a new phone or go to a store called uBreakIFix. The associate at Cellular Sales thought it was a screen problem and said uBreakIfix can fix my screen for free. I drove over to uBreakIFix only to be told by the associate they don't fix screen issues with new phones......... After getting home, VERY frustrated wasting half of my Saturday and still not having a fixed phone or new phone, I noticed that 90 percent of my photos were missing from my gallery. Not sure if it Cellular Sales or uBreakIFix that somehow deleted my photos but all my photos were there earlier in the day. Luckily, I backup but I've had to spend most of my Sunday today, downloading and transferring back to my gallery.......... Lesson learned. I went to the stand alone Verizon store down the street from the mall first because it was closer. I was looking for a phone upgrade with changing my bill or services. For some reason they could not give me what I was looking for without wanting to almost double my bill! I left and went to this location and was helped by Brad who took all of 10 minutes to give me exactly what I was looking for and even followed up with a phone call a few days later to make sure I didn't have any questions with my new phone. I was in there yesterday to switch back to Verizon. When finished, my phone could not send or receive calls or texts. The employee, Bradley, told me it could take upto 15 min. However, when told this, it was beyond 15 min. I asked if we can call someone, he said there was no one to call I just had to wait. I left, called Verizon and spent an hour on the phone and visited a real Verizon store to get it fixed. There was an issue with the sim card. Furthermore, I was told I would be getting gift cards, but after the transaction, the email for it asked for a promo code, which I do not have and was not told about. Bottom line, if you go there and your phone works, as my wifes did, all great. If there is an issue, well, good luck getting any service. FYI, I measure businesses by how they fix issues because is a true test of a company. read more

Worst experience with Verizon ever! Trade an old phone in with there loyalty program. Manager with the Pokeman tattoo was supervising the new guy who did the whole deal. Told them several times we will pay the fees everything on site. ($140) Weeks later new phone comes in we went in give them the old phone pick up the new one. Next month extra $70 charge on the bill made up bullshit bills and no credit for the old phone. Walked in asked them what's going on? New guy got fired and they managed to lose the old phone... filled out the report they told me 7-10 business days to process they will contact me. Month later new bill extra $40 still no credit. Walked in talked to the manager he gives me a phone number telling me i have to fight for my money it's not there fault that they losed our old phone (store is a joke!) Called the phone number in the store manager wasn't happy about it also pssed him the phone so he can identify him self lady on the phone asked him several time to spell his name and employee number slower but he didn't do it Of course he didn't want to take the blame. I also asked them to pull the footage from there camera system so we can check who lost the phone..REQUEST DENIED!! AFTER 2 month and several phone calls now i have to wait another 7-10 business days on a decision. Simple just a joke... read more

Having had several experiences with Cellular Sales as an authorized Verizon retailer (as well as Corporate Verizon Stores and Best Buy), I would caution any friend considering doing business here. Buyer beware. These folks are trained, its true. Trained to sell. In my experience, at the expense of everything else. For example, I was told that insurance is mandatory, you can cancel later and not get charged but they have to set it up... setup charges may apply as well... I found their accessories to be very high... We had an odd circumstance with a special order that required me to resign the paperwork months later in order for Cellular Sales to account for the transaction and presumably get paid (this order wasn't processed correctly by them the first time). Having voiced my concerns with the difficulty of the original process and the discomfort I felt processing a second set of paperwork, I received a promise of a phone call from management, and the credit of a second activation fee along with other concessions for my trouble. I signed the document for them 4 days ago and have heard nothing since. I took care of the pending items myself with Verizon Corporate yesterday. Verizon Corporate credited my 2nd activation fee and they cancelled the insurance that was added to my account. Verizon Corporate found the phone I had returned/upgraded with the original paperwork from months prior and applied the $400.00 rebate (which was not tagged to the phone when I signed for the second time). It seems to me that Cellular sales has a culture who's primary concern is sales (feels an awful lot like commission) and if everything else goes well, that's great! Beware if it doesn't, and in my experience, you'll likely pay more either way. I have purchased the majority of my family's phones at Best Buy and would highly recommend them. I would go to a Verizon Corporate store as a second choice. I will never return to Cellular Sales. Ever read more

This is the second time I've used this Verizon store. I've got to say, they have great staff. I preordered my new phone and they notified me when it arrived. It took several days before I was available to pick it up, but that was not a problem for them. When I arrived Bradley took care of everything for the new phone, the service was great. While this process was on going, his coworker installed the screen protector for me - that was a huge help! Everyone at the store is very friendly and helpful.
