I needed help with my Verizon account and switching phones, so I was told to go online and do it myself or have a large "service" fee imposed. I have since switched carriers to never go back. Sales is about being a customer resource, not only getting a commission off of the customer. If you aren't willing to help people out, you should seriously reconsider a job in customer service.
