Misleading Sales, Broken Promises, and Zero Accountability…read more I went to an AT&T Mobility store for one simple reason: to replace an iPhone. I specifically chose a model that was listed as in stock and confirmed it could be delivered the next day. This was important because it was a birthday present. Lidia, a Retail Sales Expert, explicitly told me the phone would arrive the next day. That assurance is the only reason I placed the order. Fast forward: AT&T now notifies me that the phone might ship in a month. When I tried to resolve this directly with AT&T, I was met with an estimated two-hour wait time just to speak with someone. Completely unacceptable. I then called the store and spoke with Lidia again. Her solution? Come back to the store, cancel the order, and start the entire process over--with absolutely no guarantee that the delivery would be any faster. In other words: "Sorry we misled you, now waste more of your time." This is either gross incompetence, misleading sales practices, or both. AT&T had no problem taking my money, but when it came time to honor what was promised, there was zero ownership, zero urgency, and zero customer service. I'm beyond disappointed. What should have been a simple purchase turned into a frustrating mess that ruined a birthday gift. If you value your time--or honesty from a company--think twice before stepping into this store. Disgusted is an understatement.

He added me to a new account with a new phone & also told my SO about his deal he had being a loyal customer. Verizon was able to buy back his old phone and upgrade him as well. While the process was tedious, Chris K was extremely polite and courteous from start to finish. He stayed 3 1/2 hrs after close to get everything squared away for us! He's new to the cellphone sales but was so friendly and calm as he went through the process with us. Thank you Chris + team for taking the time and making the whole process bearable. Buyer Beware!!!!! I…read morerecently purchased a new phone with this Cellular Sales location. When I got my bill, I noticed I was charged two $35 activation fees. One at Cellular Sales and one at Verizon. When I called Verizon, they said I only should have been charged the $35 with Verizon. Verizon was great and immediately credited my account back the $35. Recently, my phone started intermittently flashing. I took my phone to this location to replace since I was still in my 30 day warranty period. I was told by the associate who sold me the phone that Cellular Sales couldn't replace my phone. I would have to call Verizon to order a new phone or go to a store called uBreakIFix. The associate at Cellular Sales thought it was a screen problem and said uBreakIfix can fix my screen for free. I drove over to uBreakIFix only to be told by the associate they don't fix screen issues with new phones......... After getting home, VERY frustrated wasting half of my Saturday and still not having a fixed phone or new phone, I noticed that 90 percent of my photos were missing from my gallery. Not sure if it Cellular Sales or uBreakIFix that somehow deleted my photos but all my photos were there earlier in the day. Luckily, I backup but I've had to spend most of my Sunday today, downloading and transferring back to my gallery.......... Lesson learned. Moving forward I'll only go to corporate Verizon locations......

After weeks of protesting and demanding a new phone I spoke with "Jeff" who claimed to be a manager and he told me it was my decision to buy the phone, and they couldn't help me. I told him I would call the Verizon Wireless corporate office and he told me to go ahead. They're not a real Verizon store anyway. Just authorized to sell their products. Horrible experience.

So I work for a cellphone provider and I won't mention which one. However the guy working there…read moresold my customer a used tablet, told him that it was unlocked. I tried to activate the tablet and it showed up on a negative list for activation. Meaning it can't be activated for a number of reason (lost stolen or not paid for) so my customer went back to ask for a return or exchange and I received a call from the guy managing the location only to have him Insult me. Basically said I should stick to my job while does his. I informed him that if he is selling an unlocked android device then that means it can go on any carrier how ever his version of unlocked meant that he was able to remove the lock screen the device had so he can resell it and screw over the next guy. I highly don't recommend anyone shopping here please avoid at all costs.
