The house that I purchased was missing a couple interior doors- and I wanted to put a bifold door on the laundry room. The first time I called, Jose was super helpful- knew exactly what kind of doors I had in my house, told me how much they were in standard sizes, and gave me the name of Steve Hendon, who was the guy who would actually install the doors. Steve came out a couple days later to measure all my doorways- it's an old house so they're not standard measurements- plus the frames are kinda crooked due to settling. He promptly got that information to Jose at West Tampa Doors. When I went in to pick out my doors, again, Jose was very helpful. He gave me an exact estimate of how much the doors would cost, now that he knew the measurements and how they had to be cut to fit. I thought the prices were all very reasonable!!! Cheaper than some other big name stores. He answered all my questions...even the stupid ones (do the doors come painted? do they come with hinges?)...and was great the whole time. I will be replacing my back door in the next few months and I look forward to calling Jose again! West Tampa Door is a great example of a local business with awesome customer service.

Brad, who is the owner, came out, picked them up and took them to the shop for repair. They needed new screens and new wheels. He sent the estimate almost immediately, and it was very reasonable. The screens were delivered back & installed in two weeks and they look & work amazing! He fastidiously fine-tuned them, spraying the tracks with silicone to make sure they slid easily. I'd took the front door off my house brought it to the Luis Door and then the gentleman told me no I can't do it today, even though he just told me a hour before for me to bring the door in so he can drill the hole on the door. I explained to him he just told me to do this an hour ago and he said he did not. The place is a joke. They don't speak English well enough to do any business and they lied to their customers. I went next-door to West Tampa doors and they were able to drill the hole with no problem in charge me $20.
