You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle problems. I recently had a problem with an order... my card was declined when it should not have been. I called Cigars Direct and spoke with Edwin. While on the phone he reconstructed my order, sent me the invoice, waited while I paid it and gave me a 15% discount on the order as well! In today's world where customer service is usually an unhelpful AI chat bot this personal touch was refreshing. I've used CigarsDirect for years and have always been happy with their product, prices, shipping and packaging. Now I have another reason to be happy with them... excellent customer service and problem resolution. read more

Ordered more than $6000 in cigars from them over 4 orders in two weeks... ALL handled great, fast and arrived in superb packaging which included nice store logo black bags... all boxes were sealed, and fresh. Ian in customer service was also Extremely helpful when I called with questions and readily available. I have tried other places (including Holts) but I find my experience with Cigars Direct (and their prices) to be by far the best. read more

I suggested to my wife to go in for a visit as I order from them pretty frequently. Mainly it is because of the customer service and the inventory. She was encouraged to get me the cigar condoms. What any excellent idea and product! I will be sending all my cigars buddies to the site to make a purchase! I love these guys. Juan is awesome! read more

Recently made my first order with these guys and I have to say, their prices were very reasonable and shipping was nice and quick. Everything came packaged very well without any damage to any of my cigars. They have a nice amount of products on their site, so you'll definitely have your choices. I've used other sites in the past and I have to say that Cigars Direct was cheaper than all of them. I will definitely be buying from them again when I need more. read more

The owners go out of their way to be helpful. I have access to all my favorite sticks, and I often find pleasantly surprising cigars new to me. Prices are fair to good. These guys work hard to deliver every thing I purchase on a timely basis. read more

This was my first order with Cigars Direct and WOW...I'm impressed. The presentation of the draw string bag when I opened the box was a pleasant surprise but the individually boxed single sticks was the kicker. At 45 years old, I've been buying smokes for over 20 years and NEVER has a company sent their single sticks individually bagged with a humidity pack AND individually boxed AND sealed. Needless to say, Cigars Direct just won a new customer. Pete from So Cal read more

This is the second time that I have ordered cigars from Cigars Direct. Their service is excellent and their prices are fair but their shipping is impeccable!! They care as much about your cigars as you do. Cigars are packaged in a sealed bag with a boveda pack then secured in a box, which is then placed in a very nice drawstring bag and then wrapped in plastic packaging. I admit that though I don't typically do online tobacco shopping but however deeming that the shop I am near until my state opens up the place I go & needed a smoke anyway I had to do it. However if you do go here don't worry because they got a good supply & will ship to you no matter if USPS, UPS etc. and they do have whatever strength your cigar tastes are they'll move than likely will have it & the verdict from me is impressive (the sticks heck might've been little smaller than my taste but hey) and they did very good. Well if you didn't know at first you're now informed. read more

I ordered some fairly uncommon cigars, and pre-paid quite a bit. Needless to say, I was apprehensive as I've been ripped off before. The cigars arrived faster than expected, were well packaged, and were the genuine article (yes, that had to be said...trust me). Now...I'm not afraid to place large orders and know that satisfaction is guaranteed! Thank you Direct Cigars! read more

!!EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!! I looked all over the place for over a month for Opus X Angel Share cigars for a gift. Just as I was about to give up I found them on Cigars Direct web site. I guess they didn't stay in stock for long, the next day they were unavailable again. I ordered late at night, they quickly shipped the next day and arrived only a couple days later. It is obvious they take care in packaging their products. It was in a zippered bag with a humidity pack inside which was in a gift box, wrapped snuggly in bubble wrap. Incredible service and selection. I am a Tampa Bay native myself and always like to grab a cigar whenever i get a chance to visit my hometown. Fortunately Google maps directed me to Cigars Direct as it was close to my hotel near the airport. The storefront itself is not on a busy street but it is worth a visit and is on par with many of the great cigar shops that are famous in the Tampa Bay area. It is a family run business and Juan, the brother in-law of the owners was able to help me select a cigar to my liking as well as share a lot of knowledge about the orgins of where the cigars come from. Unknown to me, the storefront itself was recently opened to compliment their long running online store. As a result, Juan was also able to hook me up with some promotional material that I am proud to share. I love supporting the local community of my hometown, and the owners of Cigars Direct do a great job of representing us. read more

Ordered online. Great prices and fast free shipping. The cigars arrived well packed. Will be ordering again. Highly recommended.

Fast shipping, easy ordering. I ordered some fairly pricey cigars, 10 for 399 and I ordered 2 of them. The packaging was very plain. I guess I was expecting some sort of box. I can't blame the store. read more

I have made a few online orders from this place and I am always impressed with their packaging and care for the details when shipping their products. Compared to other online retailers, it's not even close. Boveda packs and sealed bags everywhere. I love their selection and fair pricing. But it's always a bonus to wait for their random sales! I would encourage you to browse their website and not find a hefty selection of your go-to sticks. read more

First time I used this website and I was impressed with the speed of shipping and the quality of packaging. Surely will use again.

Just received my first order from Cigars Direct. I've had two "go to" online retailers I've used for years. In this case, neither had the cigars I was looking for and I found them at Cigars Direct. The price was more than competitive, but what really blew me away was the packaging. I bought 10 individual cigars and Tiffany's wouldn't have packaged them better. I've never seen anything like it...these guys care!! I'll be ordering here many times in the future. read more

I had been looking for a hard find to find cigar and ran across cigars direct. They had the cigars I had been searching for. Order a few, turned around and immediately ordered more. The whole online process was fast and easy, shipping was prompt and my cigars arrived in great shape and ready for the humidor. Great service and awesome selection. Highly recommend and hope to be in Florida to drop in and say hi! Thanks folks!!! read more

Highly recommended! I had a mixup (my error) and these guys went out of their way to call me and fix it better than where I left it! So thankful! read more

Nice to have this small spot in my backyard as a plan B for higher end smokes. I say that because their prices online are cheaper than the prices in their office. Additionally, due to the size of the office, not all products are kept in the humidor here. I rapped it up with Edwin for a while and browsed their collection and was impressed overall with what they had. I scooped up an Arturo Fuento Añejo 55 and went on my way. read more

First time ordering. I ordered AF Anejo 55s. They were pricey which I didn't mind but they were really dry. I guess that's why they had inventory in January when everyone else was sold out. I slay ordered Ashton Maduro No. 30. They were great! Delivery was on time too. read more

Great cigar selection, easy shopping, and on-time shipping! Will now shop Cigars Direct for all my cigar purchases!!

I fell down the rabbit hole of searching out different cigars and was on the hunt for a " God of Fire " . This was one of the more reputable online vendors to have it . I placed a rather large order which was delivered very quickly and well packaged with humidity bags . This site regularly has 20% of sales on items already set below market . I've subsequently ordered several times and despite trying out other online cigar stores , this is my favorite .I recently had a sealed case shipped to my house which unbeknownst to them had wrapper issues . With one email they rectified the situation financially AND sent me a new box . I can't speak highly enough of this place and hope to one day visit the brick and mortar shop . Buy with confidence !!! read more
