When I walked in, the employee had headphones in, didn't greet me, and didn't approach the counter until I clearly stated and pointed to Starbuzz Berry Ice. I've been smoking Starbuzz for a long time and only know the blue device as Blueberry Ice. I verbally said the flavor and pointed to it, but the employee was confused likely because he had headphones in and wasn't paying attention. I was checked out with a higher price than two days prior ($27.76 instead of $24.99), paid, and left. Less than two minutes later, at the next light, I took a hit and realized it was not blueberry. The box clearly said "Blue Mist." I immediately drove back and explained that I was given the wrong flavor. The employee retrieved the correct one but then called the "manager/owner," who was extremely unprofessional. Instead of admitting the mistake (which security footage would clearly show), he told her that I wanted an exchange, leaving out the fact that he made the error while distracted. When I spoke to her, I explained: * He had headphones in * I pointed to and named the correct flavor * The device was brand new and purchased one minute earlier Her response? She said they'd "take a loss" and that I should've checked the box, refusing to exchange it. That's unacceptable. If this were a restaurant and an order was made incorrectly after being clearly stated especially with something important--it would be the staff's responsibility to fix it. Instead of correcting their mistake, they offered to sell me another device for $15 extra, on top of the price difference I was already charged. This was my second time visiting this location, and I came from a distance. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer care is shocking. This business is clearly more concerned about money than treating customers fairly. Highly do not recommend.

I needed to repair the back of my phone so I went in Friday and SCHEDULED to drop off my phone Monday morning, 10 am. I called back at 2 on Monday, was told give me an hour. I showed up at 3:30, my phone hadn't been touched. I was accommodating, and said don't rush, I will return tomorrow morning. What time do you open? I was told "8:30, it will be waiting for you!" Ok, no problem show up at 8:30 and no phone....i was told oh she will be here around 10 with your phone. I work so said I will be back around 11 to get my phone . I get there are 11:30 and after finally getting my phone back was told to "make sure to put a book on it or something so the glue holds?!??!" Well I did try to do that but it didn't hold. The job was just shit. Scratching all over the edges and none of the glue held, forget the fact they put a black case on my blue phone, and then! Less then 48 hours later I put my phone down and it completely shattered the back case again around the cameras. When I called and just asked for a refund, because obviously I wasn't going to trust these people with my phone once again, I was actually told "oh well you said you were going to be here at 11 and you were an hour late"....after they failed to deliver multiple times on deadlines and what finally delivered was crappy. They said I can once again drive out of my way, for them to replace it "in half and hour"..... Again, get what you pay for.
