Needed to replace my worn down battery on my Galaxy 24Ultra. Was in the area, but had already honed in on this shop based on ratings, so I stopped by to see if my battery could be immediately replaced. Mani confirmed he already had an OEM battery and could do the job in 45 minutes. He beat it. Price was reasonable and I wasn't going to price shop when he said his timing and cost. The added plus is his German Shepard puppy that would love to interact with the customers! Highly recommended! read more

We brought an iphone 7+ to replace the battery. The technician warned us that because the phone had been dropped, there might be a risk of the screen breaking, which I appreciated. Eventually, he replaced the battery and tested it in front of us. Great customer service at a reasonable price compared to another local place I had called. I would go back there if I needed another phone repair. read more

Thank god for nerdy phone guys who save our lives on a regular! My phone decided it wanted to stop working on me mid shopping day and I was at a loss of what to do. I couldn't figure it out. My mom had recently been to My Broken Phone to have her screen repaired and recommended that I go and pay a visit in hopes that they could help me. Surely enough I walked in and the guy that was there was very nice and didn't make fun of my lack of basic phone knowledge. I handed over my phone he did a couple of wizard like hand gestures and was regretful to inform me that we would have to do a factory reset. Though I don't have much stored on my phone I said go for it. He double and tripled checked with me to make sure that it was cool and was sure to make sure I knew that I would loose anything stored. I agreed and 10 minutes later, good as new. Now I probably could have managed to do a factory reset on my own, but bless him he took the time to try and get around me having to loose my information. But 15 minutes later I walked out with damn near a brand new phone, that now works perfectly! And he was so nice, didn't charge me a dime for his time! Awesome place, awesome guy! So once again, Nerdy phone guys we salute you and your wizard like knowledge on these things we can't live without! read more
