Dropped my phone in the pool, took to T=mobile on 19 in Palm Harbor and it was an experience I don't care to repeat. I upgraded from a Samsung A 14 to Samsung A17 5 G but they could not not did they even try to get any of my information loaded. Long story short the very next morning I went to uBreakiFix in Palm Harbor, the store manager Robb gave me some options with pricing but wanted to look at it first. My phone was dead, however he started looking at my new phone and guess what? All my contacts appeared and after this and that all information was retrieved with the exception of old photo's. All the time he explained what he was doing and why, I was so grateful for the time and consideration he spent with me. Extremely knowledgeable but even more important was his general concern to get it up and working and the customer service was not anything you see today. Any future tech needs will certainly be taken there even knowing if they can't fix it no one can. Thanks Robb and Robert. read more

I am reviewing the Ubreakfix in palm harbor. We had a great experience. My mother needed a new iPhone se2020 battery. Initially I called to be sure it was in stock and get a price. We got a call center but the guy was very nice and made an appointment for us. It's Sunday and we are projected to get a hurricane on Tuesday so my mother was concerned about getting the battery replaced asap just in case we lose power. We went in and Sterling was very nice and professional and explained why a battery goes bad and said it was very normal to need a new one in 3 years. We dropped the phone off and were quoted an hour on service. Sterling text me to let me know the phone was ready 36 minutes later. The woman I think her name was Jen working was great also. My mother is very happy with her total experience in this shop. read more

This is the place to go if you have any problems with your electronics. These guys and gals are hands down the best around. I came here because my phone's screen was black. The rest of the phone was still working, I know this after trying to turn all 100 of my alarms off this morning with a black screen (which was quite the testament to my patience). This is also the second time this has happened (Yay, iPhones). Well as soon I explained my problem, the gentleman at the front took my phone, did some voodoo magic and bam! My phone was fixed. I waited a total of 10 minutes. These guys are the best! If you have problems, they will fix it. read more

My mother was having issues with her iPad so I went online and looked up places close to her, then sent her here. They told her the price for two possible things that might be wrong based on her description. It turns out that she simply had the tablet wedged in her case the wrong way, which was pressing buttons that should not be. They still ran diagnostics to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Rather than charging her for the diagnostic time, they gave it back to her--problem corrected--without no charge at all. That's the way to build customer loyalty! read more

I've gotten my phone fixed twice here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are always pleasant and constantly communicate with you. A broken phone is always frustrating. A lot of costumers come in hot at these guys like it's their fault but, they handle it with grace. Shoutout to Phil and Hunter as they took the time to explain things to me with what was wrong with my phone and going above and beyond to print me directions to my next destination without Google Maps. I work in the costumer service industry, so I definitely appreciated them. read more

I took my iPhone 11 in to have the battery replaced. I also wound up buying a new case for my phone. The service was very fast and efficient. The folks I talked to were very pleasant and courteous. I got my phone back in perfect condition, working like new. While I was there, I watched an employee explain to a prospective customer that paying for the repair to their device would not be cost-effective, putting the customer's interests ahead of their own. I highly recommend this business to anyone with any electronic device in need of repair. read more

Hunter in Palm Harbor fixed my Samsung S9 shattered screen in 2 hours as promised. He used Samsung OEM parts and the store is a Samsung Authorized Repair store. Changing the screen also got me a new battery - included. Since the camera lens detached when opening the phone Hunter also changed the phone glass back for no extra fee. I feel like i have a brand new phone. For this kind of super quality service I dont look at the price. I also like the 90-day warranty which will allow me to really test the tepair read more

This place is a tech gold mine.Unless your device is still under warranty, come here. These people are brilliant, provide great customer service, prices are low and work is done quickly with a warranty. I have used them for business and personally. I have sent MANY people to them and all have said WOW! These people make Apple, Samsung and all computer stores and companies- especially like "The Geek Squad" look REALLY pathetic. I had the best experience at uBreakiFix! My iPhone screen was completely cracked, and the battery wasn't working. Even though Christina was the only one in the store and told me it might not be ready until the next day, she still went out of her way to get it done for me the same day. She handled a busy store with patience, professionalism, and amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs fast, reliable, and friendly service. thank you!! read more

I'm beyond pleased with the service I received today at this location. I was greeted by Sterling who quickly ascertained the problem with my laptop and was able to repair it within minutes. I was in a panic because I needed my laptop for work, it was a Saturday and most places I checked out online were closed for the weekend and I had already visited two other computer repair stores and called several others and was having zero luck. I will absolutely be a return customer. read more

Very satisfied w/the quality of, and time needed to replace, the iPhone screen. Quite happy w/the screen performance.one small abnormality encountered and they stepped up and made it right. Side note, the webpage has the option to make an appointment. Don't bother, appt or not, you 'will' stand in line along w/all the walk-ins. Regardless, I would definitely not hesitate to use again. I brought my overheating Xbox One X here and requested that they apply some special purpose liquid metal thermal paste. This process requires more than the ordinary attention to detail. I was quoted that it would take two days but to my pleasant surprise the order was taken care of in two hours!
