Dropped my phone in the pool, took to T=mobile on 19 in Palm Harbor and it was an experience I don't care to repeat. I upgraded from a Samsung A 14 to Samsung A17 5 G but they could not not did they even try to get any of my information loaded. Long story short the very next morning I went to uBreakiFix in Palm Harbor, the store manager Robb gave me some options with pricing but wanted to look at it first. My phone was dead, however he started looking at my new phone and guess what? All my contacts appeared and after this and that all information was retrieved with the exception of old photo's. All the time he explained what he was doing and why, I was so grateful for the time and consideration he spent with me. Extremely knowledgeable but even more important was his general concern to get it up and working and the customer service was not anything you see today. I am reviewing the Ubreakfix in palm harbor. We had a great experience. My mother needed a new iPhone se2020 battery. Initially I called to be sure it was in stock and get a price. We got a call center but the guy was very nice and made an appointment for us. It's Sunday and we are projected to get a hurricane on Tuesday so my mother was concerned about getting the battery replaced asap just in case we lose power. We went in and Sterling was very nice and professional and explained why a battery goes bad and said it was very normal to need a new one in 3 years. We dropped the phone off and were quoted an hour on service. Sterling text me to let me know the phone was ready 36 minutes later. The woman I think her name was Jen working was great also. This is the place to go if you have any problems with your electronics. These guys and gals are hands down the best around. I came here because my phone's screen was black. The rest of the phone was still working, I know this after trying to turn all 100 of my alarms off this morning with a black screen (which was quite the testament to my patience). This is also the second time this has happened (Yay, iPhones). Well as soon I explained my problem, the gentleman at the front took my phone, did some voodoo magic and bam! My phone was fixed. My mother was having issues with her iPad so I went online and looked up places close to her, then sent her here. They told her the price for two possible things that might be wrong based on her description. It turns out that she simply had the tablet wedged in her case the wrong way, which was pressing buttons that should not be. They still ran diagnostics to make sure there was nothing else wrong. Rather than charging her for the diagnostic time, they gave it back to her--problem corrected--without no charge at all. That's the way to build customer loyalty! read more

I've gotten my phone fixed twice here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are always pleasant and constantly communicate with you. A broken phone is always frustrating. A lot of costumers come in hot at these guys like it's their fault but, they handle it with grace. I took my iPhone 11 in to have the battery replaced. I also wound up buying a new case for my phone. The service was very fast and efficient. The folks I talked to were very pleasant and courteous. I got my phone back in perfect condition, working like new. While I was there, I watched an employee explain to a prospective customer that paying for the repair to their device would not be cost-effective, putting the customer's interests ahead of their own. Hunter in Palm Harbor fixed my Samsung S9 shattered screen in 2 hours as promised. He used Samsung OEM parts and the store is a Samsung Authorized Repair store. Changing the screen also got me a new battery - included. Since the camera lens detached when opening the phone Hunter also changed the phone glass back for no extra fee. I'm beyond pleased with the service I received today at this location. I was greeted by Sterling who quickly ascertained the problem with my laptop and was able to repair it within minutes.
