Had my screen repaired and stopped working 2 months after repair and no longer under 30 day warranty. They want $199 to fix it again, even though I originally paid $160 for initial repair. Just seems shady to me. Definitely wouldn't do business with this place again. *Update* I went to another repair place they was highly recommended. I did not mention anything about my phone issue except that the screen needed to be fixed or repaired. After fixing my phone they asked if this was the first time it was repair and I asked why, he state "who ever fixed this phone previously did a horrible job. It was overly taped and not connected right". I explained what happened to them and who fixed it previously and he said he figured, they get a lot phones to "fix" again after this place since they do such a crappy job. New place gave me a lifetime warranty on my new screen. iParamedics only give you 30 days, speaks volume to their work. I should have been wary of this place to begin with, lesson learned. Absolutely a 5 star business! I have visited here on two separate occasions for different issues and they were helpful and accommodating both times. On this last visit, I needed my earpiece repaired in my iPhone. Peggy answered all of my questions, quoted me a price for my work (very fair) and had my phone fixed within an hour. (less than expected). It is nice to know there are small neighborhood business that survived through he last 18 months and based off of my experiences and other reviews online, I am sure they will be around for a while! So, I went to iParamedics recently to get my phone fixed. There was one in Saint Petersburg and one in Pinellas Park. I decided to go here because it was cheaper than the Saint Petersburg location. When I arrived they asked simple questions, I answered quickly and they told me it will take about 20 minutes. I went to iHop afterwards and it was delicious. I then went back in about 30 minutes after and got my phone back. I would rate a 5 if I made this review right after. It's been a few weeks and it's been glitching recently. I would recommend if you need a new screen for a low price but it will be a little glitchy for a few days. read more

Got a new screen from them on 12/31/19. While I was there the tech and the counter girl saw that my back glass was broken and my case was busted. Today I go to their warranty center which is the 4th st location and the owner of the company proceeded to tell me the screen is broken and I need to pay $220 to replace it again. I then show him it's clicking and you can see the break is caused from the inside and the screen not being installed correctly. He then tells me that because of the broken back, and broken case which were like that when they repaired the front I would have to pay for it being broken from the inside and not being installed correctly read more

They use $12 parts from China and charge hundreds of dollars for repair. Now apple refuses to replace the battery because of the knock off parts used. And on top of all that they have the worst customer service and attitudes. I don't see how they are still in business read more

Went to Iparamedics on a recommendation of a Sprint representative. I lease me cell phone, so I had to fix the broken screen before turning it in. They did a wonderful job. I had my screen reaired by a different company in the past, and they left my phone with the loss of my print recognition. Iparamedics fixed my screen and finger print scanner. And best of all, it only took about 10 minutes. They also have phone cases that are inexpensive. You can get a firewood for $40, and normally they are $98! I would definately recommend This place if you break your phone. read more

I needed the charging port replaced on my iPad Air. This is a complicated repair involving soldering that no one else in our area does without sending away. Iparamedics was able to do this repair in house, and for less money than competitors. I also had the battery replaced while they were in there. Never Ben so offended coming in, talk about no customer service when I was asked how much I wanted for my phone and I replied $100 for a phone that was $350 four months ago. The manager or the owner gave me a smug attitude like I was asking for too much, the younger guy was nice and had no attitude but he said that a button fell off the side of the phone and for that he would only give me $15 for the phone. One funny thing is that the phone had no missing buttons what looked like a missing button was just a charging port, and for his lack of knowledge he could only give me $15. The owner or manager must of Ben having a bad day or something because he was taking all his frustration on me, the attitude was unbearable, this is my first review ever and I just had to let everyone know about this place. Fast and cheap- needed a home button repaired on my iPhone 5, or so I thought. Called iParamedics and after calling around they had the lowest rate. When I got there, they immediately found my battery was swelling (which was adversely affecting the home button, yes). I asked when I should be back to pick it up and they let me know it would be done in minutes! Again, best pricing I've managed to find in town (and I've shopped out many idevice repairs over the years) and far faster than I'd anticipated! read more

LOL These guys are a SHAM! They claim to be certified but they hold NO VALID CERTIFICATIONS! They WILL VOID YOUR APPLE WARRANTY! DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR APPLE PRODUCTS! There is an apple certified place in Pinellas Park that can help you. My experience: I took them an iPhone 6 with a broken screen, they replaced the screen impropely, broke my fingerprint reader. I took it to Apple and they refused to do anything for me because iparamedics messed it up. I called this store and they refused to do anything for me - they said they didn't touch the sensor. Fixed my iPhone 5c quickly but they definitely took advantage of me and overcharged me. 130 dollars for a 20 dollar phone screen that took 10 mins to put on. Don't bargain with them. Go in and have the price you are willing to pay and tell them up front or else they WILL scam you. read more

Needed my screen fixed due to a crack, not the LCD but just the glass screen on iPhone. Fixed it while I waited.....but about 3 weeks later, the top started coming off. I thought it was coming out of the case it was in so I tried to push it back in only to damage the LCD myself! I took it back and they told me it wasn't there fault, the battery was expanding and causing the front plate to left off. Not the case at all $109 later at APPLE, they fixed it. Big scam!!!!! My brother took his s4 to iparamedic because screen no longer responding after coming in contact with salt water (phone did turn on). They said would clean the inside and try to see what would be causing the screen malfunctioning. When returning to the store was told phone no longer works and the phone was dead and lost all apps and content. Well first of all that's a huge lie because why would lose all info on phone if digitizer bad but ok. After returning home my brother took phone apart and visualized salt on the connections. After cleaning with alcohol and q tips the phone now works great. They obviously never cleaned the phone or tried. My brother then tried returning to store to try to speak to them about a refund since they misdiagnosed the problem. He was told that they did their job and that's it. DEFINITELY didn't do your job if someone with no experience can fix the problem in a hour. I think they tell customers their phones are broken when they aren't so they have to buy a new phone from them. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I got my iPhone X screen repaired here after cracking the screen and ruining the touch sensor. I paid a few hundred dollars to get it fixed and when I received my phone after it was "repaired" it still wasn't working properly so they "fixed" it again. The screen color was off and they basically said it was because they got the screen from a third party which I would've liked to have known before I paid a ridiculous amount of money. Anyways, I decided that I would just deal with it along with my Face ID that didn't work anymore after they worked on it. Within a week I noticed that my touch sensor on the screen was going out again and my screen began to turn black. Long story short, I ended up having to take my phone to Apple and they told me that the people who "repaired" my screen ruined my phone display in multiple ways so I had to pay Apple $300 to fix it.
