I was worried when he had to take part of the TV to the shop and he had to order the parts but he promised that he would have it repaired before the Super Bowl. In just a few days Paul came back put everything back together, cleaned the lens inside the TV. Even straighten out some audio problems I was having. With days to spare for a party! Great value.

So I finally decided to do something about my Samsung tv taking 15 minutes to turn on. I looked up…read moreand called Gulfport Television. The gentlemen who answered, (Paul I believe) was very helpful in explaining what the possible / typical reasons for my delayed start up was. He mentioned there would be a $75.00 diagnosis fee that would go toward the cost of the repair. He then explained that the repair could take anywhere from a day to a week depending on parts and problems. So to get to wrapping up my rant, the repair took just a day and a half. Paul was very informative of the problem and the measures he took. He also gave the tv a full inspection and mentioned that everything else looks to be in great shape. Overall, I left feeling very satisfied I had quality work done. It's a small shop and doesn't exactly stand out but the customer service was outstanding. There is no doubt I will return there if need be.

After being w mint mobile for a couple years, my SIM card died. I spent a couple hours on the phone…read morewith Mint and they had a variety of excuses as to why I could no longer get my phone to work properly. It's amazing how naive custimer support thinks customers are. Anyway, I said when I leave work, I'm going to stop by the first cell phone company I see and I'm changing services. T-Mobile was the winner. I spent 3 hours in T-Mobile waiting on a kid who seemed very knowledgeable setting up my new phone and a watch for me. I had to leave at the three hour mark because I wanted to let my dogs out but the guy said my phone was good to go. I believed him. Wrong answer. Nothing had been transferred over in terms of apps and only about three quarters of my contacts. I remember even asking the guy why it took so long to transfer things over and he informed me it depended on how much was on my phone. Well, that was obviously a lie. The next day, Sat, i call T Mobile, still believing that i can get this phone issue solved. Nope. The six digit PIN I had created Friday night had disappeared and T-Mobile had no proof that I said you I said I was I was advised to wait until Monday and go back to a brick and mortar to verify my existence and create another pin. Monday, I go in the store. The manager sets the phone up, performs the transfer again. He also spends another 10 mins trying to figure out where the microphone is that I can use with texting. I'm silently thinking if it takes a T-Mobile employee 10 minutes to find that feature, it's a good thing I didn't spend any more than five mins concluding that for $55/month, T-Mobile Brick and Mortar can take care of this. Even though the apps transferred over, I now have to look up all the passwords for my apps. I also have an issue with Gemini: I don't know what it is and I can't seem to get rid of it. If i were 20, I'd gladly waste my life with this mess but I ain't. I never had these kind of issues with Mint mobile. It's 2026, I made two trips now into a brick and mortar for T-Mobile that I didn't have to make with mint mobile. Im also paying $55 a month. For a name brand, top of the line cell phone company, I expect the best. That $55 is a supposed military discount and I don't buy that either. I am amazed that people pay money for the above. I decide I've had enough so I call T-Mobile for my account number and a porting pin. Now you would think that would be easy and you'd be wrong. This is T-Mobile; the best of best as I've experienced above. T-Mobile isn't allowed to text me a porting pin because my phone number won't allow it. Huh? The guy starts apologizing: I hate fake apologies it's a waste of time but that's all I've been hearing from T-Mobile for the past month. I'm then told that I need to SURPRISE! Go to a brick and mortar to get my porting pin. Now there's a t-lite app on my phone that could reveal that info, however, that information is not available on my app. No one knows why but gee we can apologize. I hate T-Mobile: I suspect I'm too white trash to appreciate the wonderfulness of the above.
