Was told I will get a call in a few hours when phone is ready, never happened. Came back on Monday, called first and they said phone was fixed. Phone was NOT fixed, all contacts were not put back on my phone and Align said if I wanted him to do this, it would cost an additional $149. So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet. Align was rude and I will never ever go back there again. I now have a cell phone that still has the same issue and I invested $98. on a battery for a phone that was not fixed.

I saw the many high start reviews and gave them our computer for a new display... on leaving it for service the lost all the info on the hard drive, and we had to put in a new drive. Also, they put a large dent in the back of the computer and on replacing the screen they cracked the glass, so we had to wait several weeks for them to get that part... only to install that and ruin the rubber around the glass with what looks like razor marks to remove the glass. Just friendly faces and a willingness to help. Very helpful employees that let you know how to save money on your bill. They were very knowledgeable, they had answers to all of my questions. The manager helped me on a number of separate visits. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. The atmosphere was very laid back and I was not pressured at all to buy anything. There is always an extra effort to make sure that I chose the correct phone, plan, and add-ons that best fit my needs. Overall I would give this place 4 stars. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because the store is usually pretty busy so you often have to wait for the next available employee to help you. But the only way to fix this is to hire more staff, which may be too cost prohibitive to the company so I don't really hold it against them.
