During the discussion with the TWN rep he tells me that since we have been a good customer for 5 years the last bill will be prorated not a full month. June bill arrives- $0 balance. July bill arrives- $0 balance. August bill arrives- full payment of $81.00 (was supposed to be prorated) + TWN has the balls to add a late fee for a bill they send out 3 months late - WTH are they just stupid ! September bill arrives for the late fee that I do not owe- pay or it will be sent to a collection agency ? What a joke....guess you can't fix stupid ! I don't typically write reviews online but if this can help someone, do yourself a favor and stay away from this shady, lying, subpar company. We went with Starlink and have no regrets !! I will go out of my way to avoid any services or business's associated with TWN !!

I've been to a Spectrum store twice just to change out equipment because I changed the type of…read moreservice I wanted. First, why would I need to exchange my equipment? Second, why don't they have a separate person who just handles quick equipment exchanges? There are 14 people ahead of me. There is not enough seating so I'm sitting on the floor. People who are here to buy a phone will take a long time with the representatives. Plus the last time I came here and waited to exchange my equipment because the ones they gave me were not working, I waited at least an hour to do a five minute exchange and received no instructions. Got the equipment home and it had the same problem. I called customer support who couldn't help me, so they sent out a technician who told me that I never needed to exchange my equipment. The guy at the store never activated the new router. I made an appointment today. Not that it's going to speed things up. Unfortunately no other internet companies provide service to my house that is right in the heart of Tampa. Whatever!

After Marc explained all of my options, he recommended DISH to me based on what I watch on a more frequent basis. Not only that, but it turned out to be cheaper than the Directv equivalent. I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience. Just wanted to take a minute to express our gratitude for Trey and the professionals at Attic Rat…read moreCustom Cabling. When it comes to any type of computer/telecom and audio visual cabling in a residential or commercial settings, Trey is your MAN. Ive had along history/relationship with Attic Rat(going back to 1998). They've done work in my business and my home, and I've used them as a subcontractor as well. When they run cables for surround sound in your home, they manage to make the cables hidden within the walls. They get the cables to locations in rooms that other companies would tell you isn't possible. They pride themselves on pleasing the customer. The art of running cables in newer(and older) homes and keeping them out of view of the naked eye, is something that few companies care to try nowadays. That's what Trey and his team specialize in. Cabling is in their wheelhouse. Heck, cabling IS THEIR WHEELHOUSE. I highly recommend Attic Rat Custom Cabling for all your cabling needs. Thank you, Jason Mark Carter

I switched from Spectrum to Frontier last month (as a Verizon customer, the supposed benefits of doing so were very attractive); however, I am very dissatisfied with the Internet service (slow connection time (which admittedly is not a major issue with me), and frequent freezing on sites, forcing me to reboot my entire system. Plus, I am not at all satisfied with customer service. I was supposed to get a discount as a Verizon customer, and this was supposedly arranged the evening I switched, but I received my first bill the other day and there was no discount. I had to go through the whole dog-and-pony show of proving that I am a current Verizon customer, and it still may be another 1-2 billing cycles before this is corrected (meaning I lose $30-$45.
