I learned that when you cal dish or direct a scripted salesperson will take your order then sub out the install to a very low payed installer . Dish and Direct have no one who gets a pay check from them , they use subs. Even if the installer has a truck that says dish or direct they do not work for them they are all subs. Sky Sats installers were great they were grown men with Experience and new their stuff. I fully indorse sky sat 20 I am happy and would recomend them to anyone If you want dish or direct don't call corporate call sky sat you will get a better experience. Got the equipment home and it had the same problem. I called customer support who couldn't help me, so they sent out a technician who told me that I never needed to exchange my equipment. They argued with me about the taxes and fees which T-Mobile in their email clearly stated I did not need to pay. September bill arrives for the late fee that I do not owe- pay or it will be sent to a collection agency ? What a joke....guess you can't fix stupid !
