I have been here twice now and both visits were brief and very helpful. On my first visit, I wanted to replace a cable box that was getting so hot, I was afraid it was a safety hazard. On my second, I wanted to replace two remotes that were no longer functioning properly. The staff here were excellent and I was on my way home with new equipment very quickly. We were both upgrading our devices and weren't planning on purchasing anything extra, so I also assumed we might be treated as less of a priority. I was pleasantly surprised. We were immediately greeted by the store manager, Erison B., who was welcoming, personable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing us or making us feel pressured. He then transitioned us to Sean L., Senior Mobile Expert, who was just as great--knowledgeable, polite, patient, and not pushy at all. I usually feel like cell phone stores operate like used-car dealerships, but that was absolutely not the case here. The experience was refreshingly stress-free. Unfortunately, I had issues with my phone activation and had to return the next day. Both Erison and Sean went above and beyond to help me. Erison, in particular, spent hours ensuring my phone was properly activated and that everything was transferred correctly. As a store manager, his level of dedication and care truly stood out. Because of this experience, I would 100% return to this location to upgrade, add a line, or make any future purchases. Excellent customer service still exists--and it's at this T-Mobile store.
