This specific store location and employees will be the reason I will never do business with…read moreT-Mobile again. I traded in my previous phone as a promotional credit towards my current phone. I told the sales associate (Raine) that I wanted the basic four lines for $100 plan with the home Wi-Fi system. She then confirmed and told me that my plan would be the basic four lines for $100 a month and that my old phone would be applied as a promotional credit trade-in for my new phone. My first Bill comes in for $745. I then go down to the store and question why is my bill so high? I am told by a different store employee that my T-Mobile plan is the experience beyond satellite coverage with military discount. I am not even eligible to receive a military discount. That is not the plan that I told the sales associate I wanted and it is not the plan that the sales associate told me I will be getting. The store manager put a " Band-Aid" credit towards my bill to correct it then told me that they will fix and correct the mistake (Raine) the sales associate made. I received a notification through the T-Life app that my home Wi-Fi system got delivered. Come to find out it wasn't even sent to the correct address. I called T-Mobile customer support and I was told that my home Wi-Fi system was sent to a completely different address and to a entire entirely different state. Thankfully, T-Mobile customer support was able to actually correct the mistake (Raine) the sales associate made and I finally received my home Wi-Fi system after a month. My next phone plan Bill comes in and instead of it being $745. It was now $375. So I go down to the local store once again to see what was the issue? The store employee pulled up my account and showed me where they adjusted my account to finally have the correct phone plan. But she informed me that my promotional trade-in credit disappeared and was attached to the incorrect phone plan that (Raine) gave me. So in other words, I gave T-Mobile my old phone for free and I am paying full price for this new phone. I highly recommend that everyone steers clear and far away from T-Mobile and this store. I have gone down to the store and called T-Mobile customer support three dozen times and nobody can seem to give me a straight answer, have accountability for their employees or just fix their mistake. I hope the stores employees and company sleep well at night knowing they are robbing the working man.

I had called yesterday to check the inventory on the new iPhone 17 Pro Max and Wes answered and was…read moreextremely polite and helpful and then today, I decided to go in and transfer my number and my Phone, Wes was very knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me anything, this was definitely one of the better experiences I've had any cell phone carrier they were quick to help me get everything set up also shout out to Kendall for helping me finish the process and transferring my data for me this was honestly a five star experience I am beyond satisfied and I'm excited to be a T-Mobile customer! Thank you guys again again!
