I went into the T-Mobile store in Largo on Ulmerton fully dreading the experience. I've felt for a while that in-person customer service just isn't what it used to be, and I even warned my mom not to expect much. We were both upgrading our devices and weren't planning on purchasing anything extra, so I also assumed we might be treated as less of a priority. I was pleasantly surprised. We were immediately greeted by the store manager, Erison B., who was welcoming, personable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing us or making us feel pressured. He then transitioned us to Sean L., Senior Mobile Expert, who was just as great--knowledgeable, polite, patient, and not pushy at all. I usually feel like cell phone stores operate like used-car dealerships, but that was absolutely not the case here. The experience was refreshingly stress-free. Unfortunately, I had issues with my phone activation and had to return the next day. Both Erison and Sean went above and beyond to help me. Erison, in particular, spent hours ensuring my phone was properly activated and that everything was transferred correctly. As a store manager, his level of dedication and care truly stood out. Because of this experience, I would 100% return to this location to upgrade, add a line, or make any future purchases. Excellent customer service still exists--and it's at this T-Mobile store. read more

December 4, 2024 @ 5:50pm I walked into this store to see about getting my phone upgraded to the new iphone 16 pro max. 3 customer service reps were on the floor, all 3 with a different customer. I looked around for a few minutes, wandering through the store...not a single rep acknowledged me in the 10 mins I stood there. The only person who said something was a CUSTOMER who ran out to his car to get his current phone who apologized to me that they were taking so long. I replied "no problem" and continued to wait. One rep glanced over his shoulder at me and said NOTHING. So, having previously worked in sales my self, I decided that none of these three gentlemen had made any concerted effort to earn my business and I walked out. Im actually writing this from my car in the parking lot, extremely disappointed. To the 3 gentlemen working, I understand what it is to concentrate on earning your current sale, but you also need to greet new customers and make them feel welcome. Basic business courtesy goes a long way towards nurturing the next sale. read more

Garbage Service, had no contract, never had service in my house it barely had a bar, updated phones complained, nothing. Finally switched service don't care paying more I actually have 5G in my house. No more driving around Largo Fl looking at my phone not have enough signal to work. They gave us ridiculous final bill we paid. What do we get another bill in mail with BS charges. Thanks for the xmass bill TMobile and your service is garbage. Walk in TMobile Stores waiting for ever because they drag their butts providing worthless services never again. For all these Republicans getting voted in in Florida be nice if they went after companies like this one that screws people over on a daily basis. I went here today to buy the Galaxy 5 smartwatch. When the salesman came over to me, I told him what I was interested in, and asked him a a question. He barely answered me. I asked another question and got the same response. Either he was new, didn't know the product or maybe just did not want to be bothered. I left and went to a different T Mobile, asked the same questions, which they gave me detailed information about and I bought the watch there. read more

Still haven't heard back from anyone after emailing them as they suggested. Now today, when my service is supposed to renew, my phone no longer works. I paid 2 1/2 months in advance as part of the "deal" when I got this piece of junk phone. I try to call my mother this morning and am told my bill hasn't been paid. I call 611, since that's the only thing that works on my phone. Told that hold times are long and they can call me back in 7-12 minutes. I wait 20 minutes and no one has contacted me. I call back. Again says hold time is 12-15 minutes and I decide to hold. Someone answers in less than 20 seconds...WTF-ever. So she says it should have been paid and in a chipper, non-empathetic tone whatsoever, "sorry about that. It's all taken care of now. Anything else?" Not to mention, my phone has actually gotten worse. When I try to call someone it either will not dial out takes 30-40 seconds to start the outgoing call. Suck a piece of crap! I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL THIS MONTH IS OVER!!! Going back to my previous service. T-MOBILE IS THE WORST! read more

They were bussssy on a Friday afternoon but when my turn came James was very friendly, helpful and patient with answering my questions and helping me set up my new phone and transfer key stuff over from my old one. The selection and prices are decent. T-Mobile Tuesdays occasionally allow you to get some free stuff. The store is clean and items are well laid out to try out. I was satisfied. The prices on accessories tend to be a bit higher than you find at other stores, but there's some convenience in getting them where you buy and set up your phone or other mobile device. They also have a car tracking widget that's pretty cool. Keep track of your teen or shady wife. Supposedly monitors your cars health and comes with roadside assistance too. Technology is pretty cool. And what cell phones can do these days is amazing! Star Trek has nothing on these things. Now if only I could fogure out how to use all the settings and features.. read more

I tried the T-Mobile internet and found it did not work at all. I was told I would not be charged and sent back all the equipment right away. Purchased a HOT SPOT DEVICE and 60 days of service from T Mobile. Customer service is impossible. I purchased service and they cut me off in 10 days. I seldom use this service. Only when I'm out and about and shy away from public hot spots. They promise to take care of it but never do. They send me to India where the CSRs are polite but unable to help with anything. . I would avoid T Mobile. There are better services out there for this service. I doubt their phone service is any better. Thankfully I did not move my cell phone service to T Mobile. read more

These people(Tony and Timothy) from this store are the worst. They basically stole two Android Samsung 7 phones from me and my girlfriend. It's been about 4 months that this happened. After debating with myself, finally I think it's time to get it out of my chest. They promised me that T-Mobile was going to pay for the phones. This never happened. T-mobile told me that you can make only one claim with a phone number. These two thieves never told me that. Although, I did a claim a few years ago with this same number no one said anything to me.Tony and Timothy should have known better. This transaction should have not happened. They only wanted my money. In the meantime, I'm trying to pay the phones to the other company on a monthly basis but they are after me through a collection agency. Called the store asking if they had the Iphone 6s in stock and was told they had plenty. When I got to the store (15 min later) they were miraculously all sold out. I was told I could have one shipped to my house and it would definitely be there in 2-4 days. After 4 days go by I call to check on the status and customer service tells me that I was supposed to receive an email (to document a digital signature) that was never sent. I receive the email and my order is finally processed but now I am being told that the phone is back ordered and who knows when I'll receive it. The customer service side is severely lacking; whether it's on the phone or in person but especially at this location. Everytime I go into this store I have to deal with the same rep who's total lack of enthusiasm is sad and lack of follow through is even worse. These are the things that drive customers to other carriers. read more
