I have always dealt personally with only Kaiser at this location because of bad experiences at…read moreother locations. I only go to this store and recommend others to do so also. He genuinely cares about his customers and I trust him with anything pertaining to helping me with my account. However on July 7th I visited the store because I had to get a new phone and he was off that day. I had the pleasure of meeting Melvin and Glenda. My situation was a bit complicated and they both teamed up to help me in anyway that they could. They were very patient, their customer service should be well over 10+ star's, their energy upon showing how much they actually care about their customers and made me feel welcomed. Now that Melvin and Glenda helped me solve my phone issue and helping me decide on which phone fits best for me, I know now that there's two other employees at this location that are just as trustworthy, will take the time to help me with whatever I need, and really take pride in what they do. They're very knowledgeable and extremely inviting. The team that has been built at this location are far from boring, and really made my day when I walked out that door. I highly recommend coming to this location, because Melvin, Glenda, and Kasier are dedicated to helping you with anything and I promise you that as soon as you walk in the door, having the pleasure of meeting one of them, you won't be disappointed, while leaving with that reinsurance that you were not taken advantage of.

Did a great job getting the bike to me in a timely manner, especially considering they lost one of their own/my mechanic while the bike was tore down. 1) Prices were fair. The mechanic that finished my bike was extremely helpful and did a great job of keeping me in the loop. 2) They do have parts, accessories and apparel. 3) Great selection of handle bars. The negative: the bike broke down 1 month after getting it back. Same issue that I got fixed at the RF. We take a look...failed fuel pump. No issue, as this type of failure can happen from time to time. However, the real issue was that the fuel pump was the incorrect pump for the bike. My riding partner had a similiar experience on her metric bike, as well. Bottomline: if you're a metric bike, go somewhere else.
