Was told I will get a call in a few hours when phone is ready, never happened. Came back on Monday, called first and they said phone was fixed. Phone was NOT fixed, all contacts were not put back on my phone and Align said if I wanted him to do this, it would cost an additional $149. So either I go to Tmobile, or download an app. I told him Nick told me they would do it, and he said Nick was new and didn't know anything yet. Align was rude and I will never ever go back there again. I now have a cell phone that still has the same issue and I invested $98. on a battery for a phone that was not fixed.

As I was trying to set up my new iPhone, I continued to run into problems setting it up myself to the point of frustration. I found myself going in circles without success. I took my phone to Geekmatics in Palm Harbor and was fortunate enough to have Colin address my concerns. I have had Colin assist me in the past, and each time he had demonstrated a high degree of knowledge and has always provided outstanding service. This time, what I found to be very difficult, Colin completed my set-up within about 2 minutes. Colin did not tell me "it was easy" and did not make me feel that it was an issue that I should have known to fix myself. He made me feel very comfortable with his professionalism.
