I don't know the name of the salesman in the light blue pants because he wouldn't give it to me, but he has to be the worst salesman in the world. We went to look at a F150 that was on there website. But when we showed him the truck he said it was at their Sunnyside location and when Tony said they should say that on their website he went off saying each Speck location shares their used vehicle inventory just like Walmart does (not that I know how Walmart compares to a car lot, but whatever) and that most people call and make aappointment.(when did it start making appointments to look at a vehicle, never done that in my life) And the next I knew the salesman was saying fuck you and calling Tony a bitch, etc. I got Tony to get in the jeep and where leaving and I decided I needed to complain to a manager, so I parked again and the salesman walked up to me asking if there was something else and I said yes I need your name and he said my name is Fuck you as he flipped me off. As he did that Tony got out of the jeep so I went and asked Tony to get back in the jeep which he did. I decided I was just take his picture and would post this. As I took his picture he said just record me I said no just your picture. He tried to Apologize and say he didn't flip me off but to late for him because he did flip me off and as people that also work in customer service we are just flabbergasted at his behavior. My biggest mistake was not reading the reviews before taking my truck there. It is clear that they don't give a crap about customers opinions from reading the reviews. I went in to get diesel fuel filters replaced. They charged me 805 dollars. Really! All of the other dealerships would have charged 400 dollars. They said that part of the high cost was that they tacked on 350 dollars for labor. Lesson learned. I paid the bill after questioning it. In the future I should never presume that Speck Buick GMC will act with honest and honor. Speck's way of doing business defines the term gouge. Deplorable. I feel sorry for the employees who are the human faces that need jobs and are subject to having to do the bidding of a corrupt, dishonest organization. Over 800 dollars for fuel filters is a total joke. Speck Buick GMC is worse than a joke. Stay as far away from them as you can get. They also sucked me in for $3,200.00 for services I didn't come in for. most of it was just labor which is ridiculous but also not what I came in to repair. Well my friends, all I can do, is tell you my story. I just moved here and wasn't sure where to take my car. I called Speck and it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. I looked at it and narrowed it down to the Turbo. Anyways it was under warranty, so I took it in. They confirmed it was the turbocharger but it would take another 2 weeks to get the part. So I took the car home and scheduled an appointment. When I did , It took almost a week to get it back and they charged me because it took more time to troubleshoot than what warranty would allow. After waiting 2 hours for a scheduled oil change last year, I vowed never to use Speck again. Our 2011 Acadia needed a new actuator installed in one of the cooling system doors. I thought about doing it myself but my old body doesn't work real well in cramped positions. I decided to hire a professional. Called McCurley Chevrolet but they were booked til mid June. I relented and called Speck. They could get it in the next day. Now I know why. When I arrived the service pro told me there would be a 200 dollar diagnosis fee which came to 240.62 after tax and a " shop supply " fee. I should have left then but I live 30 miles out of town and my wife had followed to give me a ride home. This job should have taken maybe an hour, tops! A Delco GMC actuator retails for $55 to $70.00 dollars, aftermarket $20 dollars. Here is a breakdown of my bill : Diagnosis fee $240.62, Labor $404.76 Actuator $176.11 Tax $ 72.24, Grand Total. $883.97 ! We purchased our last 2 vehicles from Speck. That will never happen again. Why can't I give 1/2 or 0 stars?! Went to have my truck oil changed, headlight bulb changed, reverse light changed, and do an airbag recall. To change the 2 bulbs they wanted $438!!!!!! Medoza Auto Repair changed both headlight bulbs and reverse light for $100! After doing the airbag recall, I now have a dashboard cracked in 4 places! this dealership is big on pushing oil changes and other various fluid changes even prior to the recommended schedule. i took the vehicle in for transmission issues, hard shifting and shuttering, multiple times and they suggested an oil change on the engine while it was there but could not replicate the trans issue. i ask if they test drove it to see if this problem persist and same answer each time "drove it all around and worked fine". they did do an oil change on one occasion however they tech did not remove the old filter gasket and the next morning, you guessed it oil all over the garage floor. this vehicle was taken in several times for transmission shifting issues and each time same story. however i took a photo of the DIC and the mileage reflected one mile change not the several mile test drives they claimed to have done. i guess once around the lot is a test drive at cspeck gmc in pasco. i could not in good faith recommend these clowns to anyone read more

The most slim ball place in the tri-cities, and that's leaving out grand stand auto. They lie about your paperwork, over promise, under deliver, never return calls to customers and when they do its always your fault. I am truly surprised these people are still in business. When a dealer messes up on your paperwork, they should pay the difference not the customer. But surprise surprise speck has no integrity. If I could I would give this place 0 stars because when I went to the dealership I was looking for a 2020 GMC and they had a white one I really liked at first but the salesman said "oh sorry that one is sold." I then noticed another truck that was the same just different color and asked salesman if I could drive it and he agreed and explained it was available. I came back from test driving it and told salesman that I would like to buy the truck and we started to negotiate. He then came back and told me the truck was sold and that the white one I originally liked was available. At this point I was committed to the one I test drove. This was just the beginning to all the other problems I faced with this dealership as I agree to buy a truck that was similar to the one I test drove but at a different dealership. To sum it up the trade was sold by the other dealership, so now is been a week later and still no truck as I was told. Then they convince me to wait for another truck, similar as the one I test drove. But when this truck finally comes in it doesn't have all the extras that I had signed and given a deposit for.. Just a bad experience at this dealership... will not recommend to my family members, friends, or anyone. Salesman Michael not professional.. and sales manager, Brian wasn't very helpful or understanding of situation. Brian called me one day and asked if I was buying the truck and stated he would have truck sold at the end of the day if I didn't want it. I told Brian, "sale it." Getting my deposit back took about two weeks, they kept giving the run around too. Just bad experience!! Zero stars, this place lacks INTEGRITY. Please take your business elsewhere. My step-dad had been a loyal customer for years, and then he had to move due to health reasons. I called and made arrangements to sell the car back to them. Then this is where it went south. We were told that the check couldn't be written since they were working on payroll. We were leaving so we agreed to have it mailed to his new address( it was clearly on the paperwork for the sale.) The check was sent to old address, never forwarded. Then I made numerous calls, and he was paid almost a month later. They have excuses for everything. A simple transaction should never have taken 3 weeks. He moved 200 miles away so not another country. I wrote a letter to the manager and radio silence. Save yourself the anguish of dealing with this business. read more

I purchased a truck that cost me well over $80k and the service I received through out my purchase here is just ridiculous. From the moment I ordered my truck, it was one thing after another! They "lost" my deposit check and didn't even offer to pay for the stop check fee I had to pay to my bank.. they were never informed, just a mess of information! I purchased a protectant to put on my trucks surface (to prevent stains and scratches).. They splattered it all over the black plastic parts of my truck and it will NOT come off! I called them and told them what happened because I just noticed it today as it was my first time washing my truck.. They're reply was "Sorry, there is nothing we can do." Like really?! Sales department is 5 stars! Working with Ken to purchase my truck was a fantastic experience. He went above and beyond, keeping in touch with me regularly over the course of the entire summer while he kept an eye out for the truck I wanted to purchase. The process of buying was quick, and everyone involved was friendly and helpful. The one star is for the service and parts department. Parts: I've spoken with 2 different parts counter clerks on 3 occasions. On all 3, I've left with the impression that I was just an annoyance. I came in with the exact part numbers I wanted to order, and told them I had the vehicle specific part numbers pulled up on the MyGMC app. I was told they had to look it up in their system, meaning I had to wait for them to input all my information which the clerk had to ask me for multiple times because he kept entering it wrong, despite me having the info pulled up on my phone and offering to let him use it. While he was struggling to look up the part, I asked if it would help to have the part numbers. "You have the part numbers!?" he said. Obviously too busy to listen to me the first time when I told him that, and tried to show him the app on my phone. Only one person in the entire parts/service department seems to understand how the GM points system works, so I had to wait while they searched around for that person. It seems to me that everyone in the parts and service department should be trained on how this system works, and how to redeem points. Service: I received a complimentary oil change when I purchased my truck. I went online and scheduled the service, and indicated that I would be waiting for my vehicle rather than leaving it with them. I scheduled an hour and a half out of my day, based on what I know about dealership oil changes. Upon arrival and check in, I was informed that the service department was running 1.5-2hrs behind. I asked if I could keep my place in line, but leave to meet my next appointment since I knew this was going to throw off my schedule for the day. They said yes, so I returned an hour and 20min later and gave them my keys, then proceeded to wait another 20min before they took my truck around back. After watching my truck sit there untouched for 40min, I told them to give me my keys back and left. I was told that an employee had called out due to a death in the family, which caused a backlog. That's perfectly understandable, but the service manager knew that morning when the employee called out that they would be short staffed, and that the schedule would be affected. Rather than notifying customers beforehand with a simple phone call, they allow them to show up and be completely blindsided. Completely unprofessional, and a total lack of respect for their customer's time. 2-1/2 hours of my day were wasted, and I still have to change my own oil. read more

I recently took my car over to Speck Buick in Pasco they change the radiator on it they have my wife's car for a week because the part that got ordered was the wrong part sent then I still had a leak of radiator fluid coming out the front of my car I just took it to another dealership the dealership was going to claim it on our warranty but the warranty would not cover it because they ended up taking pictures of it and these guys over there when they took the thermostat out they ruptured the radiator so now I have to pay $900 to have a radiator replaced because these guys did crappy work I could've took it back to them but at this point I don't trust them to touch my car anymore do not take your car over to Speck Buick in Pasco Washington unless you want to encourage a bigger bill for your car read more

If possible I would give them zero stars. Worst dealership experience ever! Amazing truck thankfully! Drove 6 hours after deal was all set in writing including an accessories rebate we were eligible for. Took delivery with the promise of the $1000 accessories rebate coming to us through accessories order. Months of minimal communication (always initiated by us and only a few responses from salesperson, Austin Snyder) GM, Andy Flynn, sales Manager, Pedro Acosta, Service Manager, Pablo Valadares, and Office Manager never once returned calls. I was told by salesman that Speck entered my truck sale incorrectly causing it to look like I wasn't eligible for rebate when I was. They were supposedly correcting it and getting my rebate. Paperwork was all confirmed at purchase. Then they ghosted me and won't answer or return calls. Deadline passed and they screwed us out of $1000. Most back woods type of administration I've ever seen and I was in the industry for 15 years. I highly recommend you avoid this dealership at all costs. Absolute inept crooks. read more

Since Speck took over, it is borderline criminal that they take your money, say a problem is fixed, then you drive away and immediately know it isn't. The biggest indicator that this is a clueless organization is the survey that comes when you've already told them that they didn't fix the problem. Their estimate was over $700 MORE than what the cost actually ended up being for the needed repair, but their FALSE diagnosis STILL ended up costing me an EXTRA $500! I went to SPECK because my vehicle's turn signal wasn't working. When it would occasionally work, the blinker made more of a clanging noise than the usual clicking/tapping sound. All this happened after I made a repair to the cluster/instrument panel, and simultaneously replaced my old cracked dash panel with a matching dash panel I'd gotten from a salvage yard. The dash panel itself is connected to the *hazard lights* switch, and comes off with the panel when you access the cluster. I told the people at SPECK about when/how the situation arose and they charged me $166.05 for an analysis. They came to me with an estimate of OVER ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace my car's "multi-function switch" that controls the blinkers, high beams, cruise control, and windshield wipers all in one. I dealt with VICTOR in person and spoke to him over the phone when he gave me the "diagnosis" and the estimate. I told him that there was no other issue with other functions the switch controlled, like the high beams, windshield wipers, etc, and that it would make no sense for that to be the real issue, especially with the timing of when the problem first occurred and the work that had been done on it didn't go anywhere near any of the multi-function-switch's wiring or other mechanisms, but he ASSURED me that his guys did some troubleshooting and the problem was definitely with the switch and had NOTHING to do with anything going on behind the dash panel. On top of the $166.05 for the diagnosis, they wanted to charge $347.50 for AN HOUR AND A HALF of labor to install the switch, which they were going to sell me for $615 (+ tax). I knew I wasn't a fair price for the part, so I opted not to get my car serviced there, and found the exact same part from the same manufacturer for less than half that $615. I also considered doing the replacement myself, so I looked up videos on it, seeing videos from professionals and amateurs, and even the guys with very little experience got the job done in less than an hour, the pros were getting it done in less than 30 minutes, NOT an hour and a half. I don't even know what sort of repair shop charges over $200 per hour for service. I drive a Chevy, not Ferrari. I'm fortunate that I didn't try replacing the switch myself, because when I took my car to another auto-repair shop, when they replaced the part, they called and asked me again why I was getting the part replaced because after exchanging the part, the blinker still wasn't working. Ergo, SPECK'S diagnosis was wrong. So, I told them to go ahead and do an analysis to find out the problem. I told them about the fact that I'd had to go into the cluster--forgetting to even mention that the hazard light switch was from a salvaged vehicle--so they could start there. They called me back later with their analysis and lo and behold, the problem WAS in fact caused by the faulty hazard switch interrupting the current for the blinkers, exactly what VICTOR at SPECK assured me that it WASN'T. I am glad that I only paid for CHEAPER part (that I didn't actually need) and the CHEAPER repair (that I didn't need either), and not the $965+ that SPECK was trying to charge for their parts and labor. If SPECK had done their job right in the first place--or if I had done what YOU should do and AVOID them altogether--then it would have only cost me $300. Who knows if SPECK would have honestly dealt with me if I'd let them install that $615 switch and charge me nearly $350 for the labor only for it to not have fixed the problem, I doubt they would have put my old part back in for free, or if they would have even honestly told me that they were wrong. For all I know, that $1,000 estimate may have turned into $1,500. The only good thing I have to say is that they DID issue me a refund of the $166.05, only AFTER I complained. Luckily, I had kept the sheet from both SPECK and the other auto-repair shop to provide evidence that I had told them about the work I'd done on my car prior to the issue arising. VICTOR still tried arguing with me even after showing the proof and explaining what happened. Another guy--I didn't get his name--issued me a refund and, in his apology, he said "It's not an exact science." You know what? It's not a science at all when you ignore information. Science follows that data, and the data that they had was that the cluster had been worked on and the dash replaced. That set of data was not relevant to their conclusion. INTERESTING how Science™ works for SPECK when it allows them to charge you more money. Don't go to SPECK. Don't trust SPECK. read more

Zero star rating. Please save yourself the hassle and take your vehicle somewhere else for service. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company. I have taken my car here 5 times for service (my vehicle is under warranty so has to be serviced by a GMC dealer). Every single time I have been here has been a nightmare. When rotating my tires they failed to reset my tire sensors. Twice now they have failed to perform the work I asked for and getting documentation of the work they performed is like pulling teeth. They said they rotated my tires but didn't, they failed to set my tire pressure sensors to the appropriate tires twice, they have returned my vehicle with dirty handprints all over the inside, and they try to con you into purchasing unnecessary services/maintenance. I have zero confidence they perform any of the work they promise to perform and I would rather drive my vehicle to Spokane for service than continue to throw my money away into this 'business'. Save yourself (and your car) and go elsewhere! read more

This past weekend I asked my husband to drive by this car dealership to see if they had any SUV's available and as we arrived we stopped to view one available in the lot, so I asked for him to park behind it so I could take a quick look. As I was getting off a sale guy approached, and failed to introduce himself and said "It sold! and we mention we are just going to look at it from the windows and then he asked can you move your car? And we said it's just for a minute. It quickly escalated and called my husband a Dick. We asked if they where closed because it was close to 5:00 Pm and he said we would be if you guys didn't show up! I own a business and trust me this has to be the rudest dealership I have ever been to while trying to purchase a car. Marisela at McCurley knows us and the people at the commercial department and they always treated us with respect. I don't know if us driving our old car that day had to do anything with it of that we where dressed down and had our kids with us.
