    I don't know the name of the salesman in the light blue pants because he wouldn't give it to me, but he has to be the worst salesman in the world. We went to look at a F150 that was on there website. But when we showed him the truck he said it was at their Sunnyside location and when Tony said they should say that on their website he went off saying each Speck location shares their used vehicle inventory just like Walmart does (not that I know how Walmart compares to a car lot, but whatever) and that most people call and make aappointment.(when did it start making appointments to look at a vehicle, never done that in my life) And the next I knew the salesman was saying fuck you and calling Tony a bitch, etc. I got Tony to get in the jeep and where leaving and I decided I needed to complain to a manager, so I parked again and the salesman walked up to me asking if there was something else and I said yes I need your name and he said my name is Fuck you as he flipped me off. As he did that Tony got out of the jeep so I went and asked Tony to get back in the jeep which he did. I decided I was just take his picture and would post this. As I took his picture he said just record me I said no just your picture. He tried to Apologize and say he didn't flip me off but to late for him because he did flip me off and as people that also work in customer service we are just flabbergasted at his behavior. So please no one buy anything from him or Specks Buick GMC in Pasco or any other Specks lot if they employ people like him.

    Why can't I give 1/2 or 0 stars?! Went to have my truck oil changed, headlight bulb changed, reverse light changed, and do an airbag recall. To change the 2 bulbs they wanted $438!!!!!! Medoza Auto Repair changed both headlight bulbs and reverse light for $100! After doing the airbag recall, I now have a dashboard cracked in 4 places! Upon showing it to the manager, he said "well it must of already been that way." Really?! What a scum dealership!!!

    I just went to check out their inventory, and next thing I know I'm a proud owner of a new Buick! Ken and Dom were the best sales men I have EVER worked with. They treated me like Family the entire time. If you are looking for an affordable vehicle, great service, and the vehicle of your dreams please check out Speck GMC in Pasco. I will never buy from another dealership because I was treated fairly and they LISTENED to my wants and needs! I will forever be a part of the Speck Family! Thanks Guys, I love my vehicle

    I literally cannot say enough good things about this place! I was driving up to Spokane from CA and…read morehad my Dodge die in Boardman, OR so AAA came out and towed the truck to Lithia Dodge in Kennewick (the worst experience EVER). Lithia looked at my truck, quoted me $3,000 then refused to communicate with me and basically ignored me while essentially holding my truck hostage for three weeks. I finally got fed up with them and called 360 Automotive to explain my situation. Mind you, I live in Spokane so I'm trying to figure out this remotely. I spoke with Robert around noon and he said he would have my truck towed from Lithia to his shop and take a look at it to let me know what needed to be done. I was expecting to hear from him in a couple of days but I got a call before EOD letting me know my truck was at their shop and they had already looked at it and had a diagnosis for me! Robert followed that up with a text link to pictures and video they had taken as well as an extremely thorough assessment. I was blown away. They also gave me two options of what they could fix and prices for both, and BOTH were less expensive than Lithia. My father was paying for the repairs so they reached out to him as well for authorization. Living in Spokane and not knowing anyone here to drive me back to Kennewick to pick up my truck I had to leave it there for about a month (sorry Robert!). Throughout this process they were nothing but extremely patient, professional, communicated clearly, were very honest and trustworthy as well as kind to me. Not to mention my truck is running like a dream! Even though I live a couple of hours away I'm pretty sure this will be my mechanic shop forever.     I came in because my check engine light was on. I wanted them to check the reason for the light,…read morewhich is a quick 5 minute deal that I've gotten done for free at multiple other mechanics, including in tri-cities in the past. I was expecting to just pay for the mechanic work they'd do on it after. I learned it's good to confirm prices with mechanics beforehand because not all are transparent about their prices. I was not told at any point during the process from the time I called to make the appointment & thru the entire appointment that they were doing more of an extensive diagnostic check of multiple pages they printed out for me that was $250. I was not told about the fee until after they were done with my car. I told them I was not expecting this because I didn't ask for it & they didn't show any care or seem apologetic about it. Poor customer service & unethical business practices. I've been here multiple times, but will not be coming back. A $250 charge is a lot of money to not inform your customer of until after the fact. While the more extensive check was good, I did not need it nor did I ask for it. I would've gone somewhere else if I had known about the hefty charge.
