They sold me a car with a dead battery, dry rotted tires, spent alternator, defective door locks. The sales man could not be more condescending. I got screwed as a single female with no experience at this dealership. And I had cancer! These guys are the WORST! read more

Shout out to Fabian (sales) and Susana (financing). I was wanting to purchase my new car from out-of-state, and two hours out of town. I cannot tell you how smooth my transaction was, between communicating about my want for my car, and then it picking up today!!! Any questions I had were answered extremely quickly, any photos or videos I wanted, Fabian always responded graciously (even though I'm sure he was busy). And to Susana, you are a Queen!!! In and out within one hour. I'll be back. read more

It's not every day you find a dealership that truly cares AFTER the sale, but Millennium Auto Sales absolutely does! We had some unexpected issues with our 2020 Infiniti within a couple of days, and they went above and beyond to make it right. No hassle, no excuses -- just great service. Seriously, ten stars! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

Vanessa did a great job! Very responsive to messages, before, and even after the sale. Would have liked to get a little more for the trade in, but felt the deal was fair all around. Timely, fair, and very respectful!! read more

If I could do a zero star I would. This business has a 2024 Civic on the lot that I was interested in. The young teenage salesman walked me over to it seeing my interest and said, "I apologize it is a bit dirty, we just got it and it rained last night." I saw the outside but went okay I get it, Tri-Cities has been windy and rainy lately. My husband and I climb in and he instantly sees a cigarette burn in the passenger seat and it reeks of cigarette smoke. Why are you showing this to customers? I talked to a friend who had a similar experience. I must assume they let their staff drive their cars home and do whatever they want in them, then try to sell the aftermath to customers. 100% not okay no matter what the reasoning is. read more

Great experience dealing with Millennium Auto Sales and definitely worth the drive from Meridian Idaho. Saw the Nissan Frontier on Carfax on a Friday afternoon, called and setup an appointment for Saturday late morning, test drove and closed the deal and was back in Meridian by sundown! Great staff and a large selection of modern new vehicles! Martin and Anna read more

PBA... bought my truck not even 2 months ago... I've had nothing but issues with it. Brand new front end... $3k! Then back breaks went bad... $600! I called Jose who works at the dealer... he told me they could not do anything for me with the front end. Week goes by and back breaks went... I call dealer again and talk to JR (manager) and he says we don't want a bad taste in your mouth so we will do your back breaks for free. Sweet! Thank you. I take it in this past Monday... pick it up a few hours later and this happened... Break peddle has to be pushed to the floor for the breaks to even kick in... super scary! I call the dealer Jose, again. He said it needs to be bled and flushed. I bring it back in yet again.. 40 ish minutes goes by... I get my truck back and another employee from there says here you go. I said cool so the peddle should work normal now? His reply... "I dont know how it was before so how should I know what's right?" Wow dude... way to treat a customer... BUT WAIT... it gets better you guys...!! Monday... I bring it to trustworthy AMAZING people at All Automotive Repair. Owner Bob looks at it and says... they didn't even replace your driver side and they put the break caliper on backwards on the passenger side! Oh and you have a break leak! WTF?! So... I go back into the dealer and talked to Jose again! I sit down, tell him I'm upset and told him everything Bob said and I gave Jose Bob's business card so they can talk. Jose at the end of this convo says well what do you want from us? I said, I would like to be reimbursed for the $600 I now have to spend on the rear end that your tech messed up! His reply... hmmm. Tuesday... I take my truck into All Automotive. They got before pictures and after pictures and documented everything they did. I go pick it up... and hey! Breaks works! Imagine that! Wednesday: I call Millennium Auto and talk to the manager JR again! I filled him in on what happened over the last few days. I said, your guys can write up any invoice but it's your tech that didn't do his job. I have documented proof and I will be taking this to the BBB. His reply... "well how do I know you didn't break it and do things wrong? You can write up and invoice I don't believe either" and he went on and on yelling at me. I told him I'd be there at 1230pm today to pick up my check. He continued yelling so I hung up on him. So... who wants to go with me? DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! read more

My husband and myself went to Millennium Auto Sales and asked to look at a certain vehicle so one of the guys brought it around, we looked at it, took it for a test drive and said we wanted it. We went in pretty late that day so it was already pushing closing time but they stuck with us until they had to wait for the bank to get back to them. The next day we left with my car. I had a really good experience with them as they were not pushing me to do anything. They were respectful and they helped with whatever they could. I would recommend them read more

I typically do not write 5 star reviews but... My wife and I have been looking for a truck in the Portland area for several months . We found many trucks but all were way over priced. Staff was unapologetic for the price. Trucks with 300k miles, 20 years old, for 20 to 30k dollars. We found what appeared to be a good truck online but it was in Kennewick, WA, 200 miles away. I contacted Millennium Auto sales about the truck just to see... Fabian from the sales staff contacted me within a few minutes. I requested additional photos and information as it would be a long drive to see for myself. He asked for my phone number to text me the photos. I thought, "here we go, the phone call and nagging I had gotten from other dealers". But, no call came, only the additional pictures. All of the information about the vehicles I asked for, answers to questions about potential issues identified in the first online published photos, and the additional pictures that I asked for were quickly provided. Additionally, they provided a link to the full Carfax report not just the snapshot report published in the sales information online for the truck. We made arrangements to see the truck and drove to Kennewick the next day. All was exactly as reported about the vehicle. Fabian even pointed out an issue with the sunroof, that I did not see, that may require repair. Yes, it is a used vehicle, it has some issues but I knew what they were before we bought the vehicle. no surprises. The truck was easily half the price of similar trucks that I had found in Portland and it has fewer miles. Financing was easy. Jose, in the finance department, found a great rate at a local credit union. We were offered a good price on a warranty that we could accept or refuse. We were from way out of town, buying a used vehicle at what I consider to be a really good, low, price yet the entire staff treated us as if we were repeat customers buying the most expensive car on the lot. Salaried staff, not commissioned, may be part of the no pressure atmosphere but genuinely "good people" is likely the biggest reason. I won't be just popping by the lot to see what they have but if we need a vehicle and they have what we need I would make the drive again. Best car buying experience ever. read more

Where do I start?! As a single woman who makes minimum wage and who has invested her entire life savings into a car... Such a massive disappointment. If you enjoy being mansplained to, talked over, downsized, taken advantage of - by all means, this is the dealership for you. If you are a woman, or if you love the women in your life this is not the dealership for you. This is the first and last time that I will ever make a dealership purchase. I am so discouraged by this experience as a whole. Bought the car, was told the tires were brand new with a 60-thousand-mile guarantee. The tire was flat and they had to air it up before the test drive. They said that was common when a car is sitting in the lot. The battery was also dead. He said that was also because of it sitting in the lot and the cold. I have had tire and battery issues ever since the purchase. Had a flat tire the very next day after bringing my car home AND low tire pressure 6 times (in all 4 tires) in a 2.5 week period since purchasing. I was told they would fix a lock on a door that was not working - it was part of the final legal deal. It required 3 trips from Walla Walla to Kennewick to remedy. But it was a pain for them, never an acknowledgement that it was a pain for me. All of the gas money I spent and all of the time (so many hours waiting in town, while sick) - they never acknowledged how much time and money I spent (missing work). They let me know every time how difficult it was for them to meet my needs, to fit me into their schedule, to order the parts, It was just sickening... I broached the tire situation when "getting the locks fixed" and that was a total catastrophe. I was told I was SOL initially. "Go to les Schwab or Firestone, we don't fix tires." I expressed how upset I was that I had to air up the tires so often since the purchase of my vehicle, but the salesman said he would check, even though "That's not something they do." Needless to say. They did nothing. My tires were low today. All four were in 20 to 30lb range this very morning. I am not a high maintenance person. I am just a stickler for quality customer service - and quality customer service is rare - obviously. I told them how dire my health situation was, but still they were completely unconcerned (not for the negotiation but for the "service"). I am on a time frame before I have major surgery in a few days. I have a mass in my abdomen the size of a football. Serious stuff, my recovery will take months if everything goes well. I've already got enough to worry about. I am not going to be physically able to bend over and fill the tires for weeks, let alone jump a battery. This has been a massive concern. Still is. I need a reliable car (I stated that before I purchased the car). They feigned the sale of a reliable car just to make a dime on a sick, single woman. I knew I would get the runaround from a salesman, but this was ridiculous. I should've gone with my gut and gone somewhere else. And to add insult to injury, they only gave me the back license plate. It's illegal to drive a car in Washington without a front plate (certain cars are exceptions, mine is not). This sale caused more stress and anxiety than I would ever want to put on anyone. I feel so taken advantage of - I was already vulnerable. This sale increased my stress and anxiety exponentially. I question my investment, but I'm even more disappointed that I gave them my money. Did I mention how many times my car has had to be jumped since the purchase? Despite the promise that the battery was brand new. If it sits for more than 24 hours, I'm SOL. Did I mention they left a message for Mr. and Mrs. every time for service? I'm the only one on the title and my name is glaringly female. Girl, if you're looking for a car, go somewhere else. Shame on you Millennium Auto. Where is your respect toward women? read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! Bought a 2003 Toyota Tundra on Monday. Clutch fried on Thursday. I'd mentioned the smell during the test drive but Carlos explained that it had been sitting on the lot and may just be dust. I had it towed to my mechanic. I called the dealership and gave them a chance to make it right. They sounded like they would at first. I had to call back the next day and their tune had changed. They offered to split the bill and wait until Monday to get it on the lift. I expected them to fix it free of charge like we'd discussed the day before. I told them never mind and decided to pay full price with a mechanic I can trust. DO NOT SIGN THE AS IS SALE AGREEMENT!! Hopefully you guys find this review worth the $600 you saved by screwing me over! I'm going to tell everyone I work with how much you suck, post it on FB, and call the local BBB. Great business sense! read more

Since I drove off the lot, I had discovered that the tires where balled and alignment way off. Had to take Mon off, could not drive to Hanford in that condition.. They have avoided me to full extent via email and returning phone calls to compensate the 800 bill I had to pay in order to drive it out to Hanford. Also. They asked which banks to try or not try for loan. I specifically called out 2 bank names that won't give me a loan. They ran it against my credit anyways. Not Good ! Got notice of rejection from the bank. Don't recommend this hassle at all. read more

I purchased a car on 9/24 at Millinium Auto Sales. This was absolutely the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was in and out in less than two hours! I got a great deal on my new used car - I had looked at the same exact vehicle at other dealers that were significantly higher priced. They didn't try to talk me "up" to a more expensive vehicle like most other car dealers. They have made me a customer for life. Don't waste your time going anywhere else! These guys are the best! Thank you to everyone at Millinium. read more

This last week, my previous vehicle and I were finally able to part ways. The car scared the hell out of me and the repair costs were constantly adding up. Finally convinced the hubby to let it go. I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and Millennium had a match. Let me preface this by saying that I had previously been married to a car salesman / finance manager for a large auto retailer here in the Tri-Cities. I know more than I care to know about the entire car buying process, and I have a general bias towards salesman and dealerships. When I called to make sure the car was still available and schedule a test drive, it was Carlos that took the call. He was great from the get go and that made all the difference. I know of salesman that try to make you leave with the car that day. They'll want you to sign a form stating your intentions to purchase any car you look it. It's all ridiculous, but Carlos did none of that. My husband and I work staggered shifts, so it's not always easy for us to be in the same place at the same time. Carlos was very understanding and willing to work with our needs. I knew after the test drive that this was my car. It was priced fairly and I'm not really one that's going to spend a lot of time haggling over a price. Given the comparisons I had researched, I was content to pay the listed price for my vehicle, so that made things easier as well. By the following day, I was the proud owner of a Mazda 6 and didn't leave with a headache from dealing with a pushy salesman. It's only been a few days, but I'm still loving everything about this car. Up to this point, there have been zero issues with it. I'm hoping this trend keeps up for many years to come, because I truly do love this vehicle. Thank you Carlos for being so accommodating to our situation and for making the car buying process so easy! I'll recommend you to any and everyone looking for a vehicle! read more

I got a lemon for 25 thousand dollars. When I asked these guys to show me the car fax on a Mercedes I was interested in. They showed me their own version of car fax that I never heard of. The "cars fax" said it was a clean title and had no issues. Since I am new at purchasing from a dealership they scammed me out of 6 thousand dollars as a down payment knowing they were selling me a lemon. After I drove it for about a week the engine went bad and had to take it in to a mechanic where the fix was 8 thousand dollars. Then a couple months later the fuel pump went out that was another 2 thousand dollar fix, but I get it "maintenance" work happens to all vehicles but when I went back to trade it back in after realizing how expensive parts are on German parts. They ran the real car fax on it and came out as a rebuild title and they wouldn't give me a dollar for the freaking car! So, I was stuck with a car that was not even worth what they sold it to me for. I would not recommend any serious buyers to ever go here they're in it to scam people out of their money. I will never go here again and will never recommend this place to anyone I know. If NEGATIVE STARS was a thing they would get -5. read more

My wife and I had a horrible experience a few days prior to our purchase and were a little gun shy of used car dealers. We found a car listed on autotrader that millennium had listed. It was what we were looking for trim package wise with more miles than what we wanted. I called and talked with Carlos. He was very easy to talk to and was able to send the pictures requested as well as answered questions asked of him. I was able to work out the particulars of the purchase over the phone as I live about 4 hours from the dealership. Carlos mentioned that if everything worked out he would be willing to meet me with the vehicle half way to complete the purchase. We met at the agreed upon time and looked the vehicle over. It checked out as he had described it. We signed the paperwork and were on our way. Very pleased with the purchase and the ease of how it went down!! read more

My wife and I were looking for a newer car to replace her 2006 Lexus IS 250. Millennium was selling a 2013 Lexus GS 350 that was exactly what we had in mind. It was even the right color combination - black leather interior, red exterior! We arrived on the lot on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and were pleasantly greeted by Din (Dean), a native Bosnian sales person with a comedic, warm, and welcoming personality. Din was very knowledgeable about the Lexus without being "salesy." During the test drive and afterwards, he was showing us all the features and functions as if he read the manuals front to back! The car drove like a dream and we immediately knew we had to have it. When it came time to discuss price, the process was painless. The general manager, Audel, graciously agreed to fix a crack in the bumper and buff out minor scratches that we noticed on the car, with our cost being limited to the bumper repainting cost. Going through the signing process was quick and painless as well. Carlos, the Finance Manager, clearly explained the terms and fees, offered us the extended warranty package (which we politely declined), and had us on our way in about a half an hour. We felt no pressure to buy nor did we feel there were any underhanded sales tactics that are often the stigma associated with used car dealers. My only "nit" that I had with Millennium was the slight delay in getting our car back after we brought it in to get the bumper crack fixed and windows tinted. It took a couple of days longer than was promised to us initially and when we were finally able to pick up the car, the door ding that we pointed out during the initial sales process had yet to be fixed! Consequently, my rating for Millennium would have been five stars if not for this oversight. I will say though that when I pointed out to Din that they ding still needed to be fixed, they arranged for a dent repair guy to come to our house and fix the ding at no cost to us. The car was otherwise presented to us in pristine condition with no visible scratches or other dings. We could tell how Din really tried to go the extra mile to make us happy customers as he expressed how he was involved with the detailing process to make sure the car was perfect. The whole experience overall was a pleasant one. I would not hesitate to recommend Millennium to friends and family looking to buy a car. Be sure to ask for Din and he will treat you well, as will the rest of the crew at Millennium. read more

My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Millennium Auto. Din was our salesman and Carlos was our finance guy. Din went OUT of his way to make us happy even after the purchase of our Ram 1500 quad cab. I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I will go back to Millennium Auto to purchase another vehicle when it is time. My husband and I were thinking of buying a new trailer but needed a bigger truck with more towing power. One of my least favorite things to do is go out and look for a new vehicle. I don't like pushy sales guys trying to get me into something I don't want and then sitting there all day waiting for something to happen. My time is very important to me. So I got pre approved before going truck shopping. Let me tell you, the guys at Millennium are great. Din, our salesman, was very professional. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and what our needs were. Of course I picked a truck that well, was very Big and Pretty, but wasn't right for towing and the gas mileage wasn't going to cut it for long trips. So once Din, could get my head out of the clouds and bring me back to reality he found us the perfect truck. Ford F-350 6.7 liter Power Stroke Diesel. YEP that's the one now let's do the paperwork. Carlos gave us a fair price for our trade in, got us a better interest rate then my pre-approval letter through a different bank, was able to keep our payments right where we wanted them and we didn't sit there all day playing the waiting game. If you're looking for a new car or truck, I would highly recommend you go see these guys at Millennium. read more
