We bought a 2018 Ford Escape from McCurley Chevrolet in March. At the time of signing, everything was perfect and we were assured that the vehicle had even been given a McCurley Certified 360 inspection. A week later, the car started having shifting issues. It was struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears and was making a sound under the hood. We brought it back and explained the issues. They told us McCurley Mazda did the initial inspections and to bring it there, so we did. We ended up having to leave it there because no one could tell us what was wrong. We didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so we called and they said they still didn't know anything, but thought it was the timing chain. We didn't hear anything again for another week, so we called and were told no one there knew what was going on and they were taking it to McCurley Ford. It stayed another 2 weeks there with no updates, except to randomly call us one day to let us know the guy working on it would be absent that day. About a week later, they called and said it was done. They replaced the timing chain. We picked it up, brought it home, and it was good for another week. Now it is doing the SAME thing again that we initially brought it in for -- jerking, struggling to go into 2nd and 3rd gears, and there is a ticking sound under the hood. On top of that, the driver's side door is struggling to open and close. They kept the car through the entire warranty period, but since this is the same issue we originally brought it in for, we should not have any financial obligations for repairs. I submitted a contact form and after not hearing anything back for a week, I called. I was assured it would be escalated and someone would call me back. Here we are another week later and we still have not heard from anyone. To say we are livid is an understatement. We paid almost $14,000 for a car that has given us nothing but problems, with symptoms pointing directly to transmission issues. I believe our car was purposely kept through the warranty period and that they knew it was a transmission issue. As I said before, we should not be obligated to take on the financial burden of repairing this car since we initially brought it in during the warranty period and the same problem is still persisting. Honestly, I almost want my $3,000 down payment back so I can go elsewhere. I wanted to give these dealerships the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to rectify the situation before writing a negative review, but it seems our problem does not matter. My suggestion is to go elsewhere if you are in the market for a vehicle. read more

I took my 2010 Mazda 6 for service and I paid 111.00 for an oil change. I have never paid this much. I was told they use synthetic oil, which I have never used. I was also told they always use synthetic oil. I believe this is why I was charged so much. Plus no car wash. Pretty disappointed. read more

McCurley "Integrity" Mazda should change their name because there's zero integrity in their sales, they upsold me on a tire package and said all 4 tires would be replaced if theres any issues no questions asked. Well my AWD CX3 had some uneven wear and when my tires were rotated it caused the car to pull hard to the right, I asked them to replace the tires then and they hit me with the "it doesn't cover that" spiel. No questions asked huh? Well all in all I got upsold and scammed out of a bunch of $$. Maybe start going by your slogan and be honest and up front and stop scamming people into your crap packages, thats why i always opt out of dealerships' garbage extra upsale packages. The one time I decided to buy into it so my wife and daughter were safe and I didn't have to worry. All McCurly dealerships have lost my business aswell as my recommendation to anyone . Also looks like McCurley had my review deleted between 12/15 and today 12/31 so im reposting it. If I could leave a zero star review I would from this shady business read more

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I took my car in on 1/12/2018 for a routine oil change/tires rotated and new wiper blades. I also said the hatchback seal on my CX9 was leaking and to take a look. I'm a 59 year old single woman, so I take it to the dealership so it's done properly (and yes, I know I pay more) plus they offer a free car cleaning/interior vacuum and I'd taken it there twice before. Each time I'd been called to see if my service was "good". This time, I got it back FILTHY! The doors ajar and the back seat was pushed forward and not returned to the right spot. There were tools in the back left out in the back. I noticed the brakes were starting to squeak (they hadn't before!) and it didn't feel like it was running right. And guess what! No one called me to ask if I was satisfied... So I started to wonder. I thought, I'll just check the oil. I had a synthetic oil change about 10 days ago, the oil should be super clear. And it came back brown!! (See photo) What? They say they checked the air pressure (and full inspection of all fluids) well, the psi on the tires says 44 psi, yet none were higher than 36 and two were at 30 psi!!! What? They didn't check that either! Look at how low my engine coolant is! And they charged me $60 to check out the leaking hatch seal on a 2014 CX9, told me it wasn't under warranty!!! Said it would be like $200 to have it fixed and I'd have to special order the part. Huh??? Did I buy a piece of crap car that it's falling apart a few years later. Most disturbing! Are they TRYING TO DAMAGE MY ENGINE????? Low coolant, low tires, no oil change???? HUH??? I called the Manager and he said he'd like me to "bring it back in". I'm like yeah, right! You guys are NEVER touching my car again! EVER!! You're a bunch of fraudsters ripping off elderly single women! I am totally OUTRAGED. This is outright fraud. Very displeased with all the service didnt listen to what I wanted and because of who they go thru messed up everything for me to deal them and get another car. I leased. And they should treat people better when you have proof. Wasnt helpful at all. And for him to lie and say its out of his control he's wrong one phone call and he's a manager with poor effort this is not my first rodeo. Took him less than 8mins to decide how helpful he was going to be. And I find it extremely rude. Poor team poor effort waste of time to deal with that. Going back to where I originally got my car made one phone call and got what i wanted immediately from from the other team. I had the absolute best experience at Mazda with Cass. He was the best sales person I have ever encountered. After browsing different dealerships and being pressured, it made me extremely disinterested in getting a car. It was suppose to be something exciting: buying my first car. However, today Cass changed that for me. I told him exactly what I wanted and he found that for me. He didn't pressure me into something I didn't want, just for the sale. He genuinely cared about what I was wanting and making sure I was happy with my purchase. After 2 hours at the dealership, I had the exact car I wanted and left the lot with the keys to my new car. Cass is genuine, professional, extremely helpful and real. If I had all the money in the world I would buy a billion cars from Cass. I will be suggesting him to all of my friends and acquaintances looking into Mazda cars. Cass changed my first time buying for the better. Super rude and disappointing experience! I was recently helping my mother with the purchase of a new vehicle. After having been burned a few times in the past, she was super anxious about the experience as a whole, so I offered to act as a go-between for her. She went into McCurley Mazda and stated that she was interested in a new Mazda CX-5, but was paying cash and only wanted to spend a certain amount of money. She test drove the car, decided she loved it, and Salesperson #1 told her she may need to spend a little more than what she wanted to. He gave us a ballpark amount, but said that they'd be willing to work with her. He of course wanted her to come in and sign on the dotted line right then, but she said she needed to think about it. The following day she decided it's what she wanted and so I contacted Salesperson #1. We AGAIN went over the amount she was wanting to spend, and he set a time for me to come in. He was off that day but said he'd meet me at the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership, Salesperson #1 didn't actually come in, he pawned us off on someone else. Okay, that was fine. I sit down, give all of the basic info, and explain that I'm coming in to finish the deal for my mom. He goes to speak with someone and comes back with a price that was thousands more than the "ballpark" Salesperson #1 had said they'd work with. My mom wasn't willing to go that high, and finally after having to sit through Salesperson #2 telling me all of the reasons why the previously mentioned price wasn't at all achievable, even going to the Mazda website and showing me MSRP value (as if I hadn't already looked at that) I told him alright, we'll just have to go look someplace else. I wasn't angry, maybe just a little confused as to why Salesperson #1 had me waste my time and come in if it was impossible to make the deal. I stand up, grab my purse and stroller, and turn to leave. As I'm walking away, Salesperson #2 says to me "Good luck getting another dealership to lose money on you." Wow. Totally unnecessary. When I mentioned how that was a super passive aggressive thing to say he just smiled, said "Have a nice day." and watched me struggle to get the door open against the wind while trying to maneuver a stroller full of toddler. Feeling defeated, I decided to go across the highway to another dealership, and they were so kind and accommodating! They literally bent over backwards to make our car buying experience above and beyond what either my mom or myself had ever experienced! They gave my mom an AWESOME deal, and in turn they gained new customers for life. My mom is now driving a brand new Nissan and loving it! read more

On Thursday, June 23rd my husband and I were en-route from Camas, WA. to Spokane WA. to pick up our son from Gonzaga basketball camp when a tire pressure light came on our 2016 Mazda CX5. We pulled over and checked the tires and saw nothing but the light remained on. We googled the nearest Mazda dealership which was McCurley Integrity Mazda in Pasco. We pulled in at around 5:30 PM expecting bad news. The service manager, Stan, was fantastic. He immediately asked for my key, he put the car up on the rack for inspection and he checked all tires for any visible issue. He then set all tires at the same tire pressure and showed me how to do so. This is not our local dealership and there was nothing in it for the service rep yet Stan was friendly, helpful and he got us back on the road in about 15 minutes feeling very relieved. I just noticed that I wrote a review a couple years back and never updated. I was contacted by the dealership after my service was done and they apologized for the service. I guess my bad experience must have been a fluke. I was a little shocked at the time of my last review because the experience was so bad, but since then I have purchased another car from the dealership and have had that car serviced several times.
