Jorden was the consummate professional. He immediately came out to help us, asked all the right questions and we had the perfect truck nailed down in a matter of 15 minutes. He then let us test drive it. And we ultimately purchased it. My only complaint was that the process to purchase it took 5 hours once we had selected the vehicle. We were paying cash for the car and attempted to negotiate the price. Jorden's manager was involved and was beyond rude, super defensive AND clearly did not understand the art of negotiation. I think the manager should consider working at Chuck E. Cheese. As far as, the overall management of the dealership...It leaves much to be desired... the fact that they have plenty of sales agents, plenty of customers, but not the ability to process purchases in a timely manner is unfortunate to the point I won't purchase another car from McCurley. However, if you are reading this review and you need a good salesman...Jorden is your guy!!! Just take a good book to read to help pass the time during the purchasing process. We were lied to repeatedly at this dealership. We made a deal on a car, had everything set up with the bank, and was ready to sign the car. We showed up to sign and pick up the car. When we arrived, we were told that they were not finished servicing the car and we could not take the car home, even if we signed. We were suggested to come back in the morning and sign the paperwork for the car and take it home. I showed up at the appointment to sign the paperwork and they had let the car go on a test drive with somebody else. That person had not yet made a deal or decision about the car (so I was told), however I was still not allowed to sign and complete my deal as they had said that another current deal was in process.... Even though my deal was currently in process. They lied to me about what would happen if I took the car home last night claiming that it would not have enough charge to get home, which was false as it had 17%, I lived 2 miles away, and they had at least 3-4 hours of time during our deal to hook it up to their charger which could have been done out front, not in the service department. They claimed that I would be completely locked out of the car if it died on my way home and stranded. This was also false and regardless should have been allowed to be released upon customer request after signing. Really, what they wanted was more money from the car and, due to their greed burned, a relationship that we have had with them for years .They did not hold up their "integrity". Integrity would have been calling me the minute someone else showed up to come down and sign or educating me the night before that this could happen if the paperwork didn't get signed the night before. (But if they did this, they wouldn't get as much for the car as the other customer. This was intentional). In fact, they victim blamed us for what happened and said they we should have known this was a possibility, even though we clearly discussed a deal to come sign and pick it up first thing in the morning and that everything would be ready. I don't blame the sales person, Rainie as she followed what the store manager told her to do, not realizing she was being blindsided out of a deal by another salesman and her manager. She was amazing to work with and it was sad to see her get burned out of her deal. Robb is the store manager that fully instigated and allowed this to happen. He told me that he was going to tell the current buyer that if they did not buy the car there was somebody else that would, urging them to buy it. And, he was happy to do so. Robb said that there is no God in car buying, which he confirmed. This is the most unprofessional, shady experience I have ever had. I am a frequent car buyer and I will never go to McCurley again or send any high profile car buyers to them. read more

Brought our Tahoe in for service today. My husband was able to get an appointment for an oil change on the same day he called. I got a little lost with all of their updating, so two salesmen assisted. One escorted through to service. Stan and Faith were so helpful at the end of service. Every single employee was helpful, respectful, and truly kind. I wish I'd caught all of their names. Every single employee responded in ways that should make their managers and employers proud. Stanley Freeman, their express service representative, was beyond rude. Impatient when I asked simple questions. Agitated when I wanted to look at my paperwork. This guy has a serious problem and should not be working with customers. He expressed his irritation with me by clicking his pen frantically while I was reading the mechanic's notes. Then he stapled my paperwork together multiple times in the middle of the pages so I couldn't flip through them. An oil change for over $100. I will NEVER come back. When I called to ask if they could do an oil change for a Mini Cooper and advised I needed European oil. They assured me hey could and quoted me $69.95. Made an appointment and had it done. But quote was incorrect and they would not honor it because special oil had to be used and ended up costing 107.66. Other than that great customer service at that time. But a few days later I noticed it did not sound right and weezing or whining sound. They broke my air filter shroud and disconnected my air intake hose. I brought my car back in and the manager claimed it came in that way and they did not check my filter. But I have pictures from first inspection that they did. But the manager said that do not have the tools to work on my car and cannot fix. If they don't have the tools, they shouldn't quote work to be done. They will not fix issue and I had to pay someone else to fix and buy replacement parts. My husband says shame on me because they did something similar to us 12 years ago on our trailblazer. They lied and tried to get away with breaking the dash but the car never left the lot and we had photos . Don't trust McCurley. read more

Went in for scheduled recall . First time I went in for the appointment I was told it was the wrong day, even though I had confirmed it with the service rep when I made the appointment. Came back the second time for the appointment, ended up sitting in the waiting room for three hours ( for an appointment that I was told would take an hour to an hour and a half ) With very poor communication while I was there about what was going on. Ended up having to leave without the work being done. I will not go back to this dealership. Edit- just heard from Alex at the dealership- he was very helpful and responsive to my concerns. Had a check engine light, so went in and explained that I also was seeing an ESC code pop up now and then. I was given an appointment in 6 weeks. I asked about the light, he checked the code and said it was a thermostat code and if the car was not overheating, it might just be a computer glitch. When I showed up in 6 weeks at 7am, there was no appointment found, I told them to check the code and the ESC code. After waiting all day, at 3pm I get a call that it is the thermostat and it would be $1900 to fix it. I said no and picked up the car, they never even checked the ESC code yet I got charger $268 for looking at it. I went home knowing that the thermostat was working as it had never overheated, I disconnected the battery to reset the computer and the check engine light was now out. I went online to check the ESC code fix and found that by replacing the battery, fixed this issue most times, so I had the battery replaced. To this date, no returning check engine light nor ESC code. I saved myself $1900 and will never return to this crooked dealership again. It is sad that we have to deal with dealerships like this who are just out to screw us out of money with unnecessary repairs. They were horrible about returning phone calls and in some cases rude. I documented each day's phone calls and the dialogue from the service department. I submitted a letter to the General Manager at McCurley Chevrolet and to this date have had no response. I was a loyal customer. Was asked if we were going to wait or come back, and because of my husband's back injury, he can't sit in a non reclined position for any length of time. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you value transparency and Intergrity. Waited 6 months on them for a part for a recall. Scheduled a service to get it fixed. Had some AC issues so scheduled a diagnostic for the same day. Was told the service would be done by the end of the day, it was not. Come back the next day pick up the vehicle everything seems normal go to open our sunroof and for some reason suddenly won't open. Go back in and ask about what happened to the sunroof the associate Tim Marshall just passes the buck and gives us a generic response like he waa reading a script saying it's out of there hands. On top of everything else with this terrible experience Tim let's us know that the part for the recall we thought already got fixed that day, the whole reason we came in was on order and they would reach out to us when it came it. Nobody in the entire transaction with them told us that the recall service wasn't done. Why even schedule us to come in if the part we were waiting 6 months on still wasn't there?!!! Again Tim just passes the buck and blames it on personal issues rather then doing ANYTHING to help the situation. Went in with a broken AC and airbag recall, left with broken AC, airbag recall AND a broken sunroof. If I could give zero stars I would... I'm going to make a long story short. First off Adam (who they fired) was a great car salesman and down to earth. Paid 24k for a Subaru Legacy May 28th and love the car. When we went out for a test drive the low tire sensor came on, we topped it off and continued the drive. Since then every 2 weeks I'm having to put air in it, I inspected the tire and saw a nail in the tire (no big deal). Took it to Les Swab for their free tire repair and they told me they couldn't even take the tire off because the insides of the tires are so bald they would have to replace them legally if they took them off. I've literally had the car for 2 months, commuting back and forth to Hanford. I took the car to Chevrolet Legacy and spoke to the sales manager Andrew, I gave him the background what was going on that I bought a 24k car two months ago and I need tires already. Am I suppose to do the inspection or does that come with the Legacy certified inspection? Long story short they told me that from when I bought it until now (4k miles) the tires went from good to absolute shit. Sorry but that's garbage, Andrew the sales manager didn't seem to care. I told him this isn't good business and this will be the last time you see me or anyone else that I know looking for a car. He was ok with me walking out the door. I ended up going to Costco and spending $1,000 on tires. If you do buy anything from this garbage shop I would recommend on your test drivei taking it to an actual mechanic for inspection. Made appointment for oil change and service two weeks ago for 2023 XT5 and was told it could be done on the morning of August 31. I have consierge service purchased when we bought the car. Was told that they would pick up car between 8am and 10am. Nobody showed up to pick up car by 10 so i called the service dept. Suprise, no one would answer so left message. Finally around 11am I called the operator and was told she was going to send them a message. No call back until 2pm. Service individual asked what I needed. I told him that I had been waiting since 8am for someone to pick up the car. His answer was, "we are busy" can I reschedule? When i originally scheduled thie appt I was told for sure they would be able to service the car. Now we are leaving on a trip for two weeks on monday and no oil change has been completed. Worst service department ever. Drove an hour to drop a vehicle off for an oil change. Told them we would be back at 3:30 to pick up. They assured us it would be done by then or would call if it was not. Tried calling multiple times starting at 1 just to make sure. The service department apparently doesn't answer the phone. Leave a message and they will call you back, or should I say won't call you back. Drove an hour with 2 people only to find the vehicle we dropped off had not moved from the time we dropped it. Worst dealership to make the finance process with. They said they will take care of all the license paper work. Deparment of License (DOL) has 4 to 6 weeks to prosses the paperwork. It's been 12 weeks since I bought the truck, I called the department of license to find what was the delay on getting my plates, came to find out that McCurley have not submitted the papers to them. I try to refinance my truck and they don't let me do it since department of license don't have my name or my original bank name on the title. They have not submitted the release of interest over the truck to the department of licensing. When ever you buy any car from them call the department of licensing to find out if they have submitted all the paperwork like they said they were going to do. They already grab the money out of the bank for the licensing prosses but they havent done nothing. El peor concesionario para hacer el proceso de financiación. We started working with Adam and came in for a 2017 truck 06/09/24 .Once there we were told it was in the shop for work and they weren't sure when the part would arrive. The truck was taken off the website a few days later. We were called in for a 2nd 2019 truck and was told by Edgar (a manager) it would go for a certain price. Once we were in 06/15/24, we were told oh never mind it's this price now, 6k more then what my husband was told on the phone. I went ahead and told them I was already left with a bad taste/experience with Honda in the service department and I was just unsure of my trust with McCurley. Ronny (a manager) went ahead and said yeah I know we are failing in the service department and are working on improving but in sales we are doing great. With Ronny present (a manager) they then agreed to go back to the price we were brought in for. We let them pull credit (we had good credit). They did their thing pretending to go in the back, getting ready for paperwork and what not. When suddenly Ronny comes back saying "oh I'm so embarrassed, we don't have the title" Right away I thought liars. But my husband gave them the benefit of the doubt (after 3 hours of being there). On Wednesday 06/19/24 I asked my sister to call the dealership and say her husband was interested in the truck and verify if by any chance the 2019 truck was still available. A woman on the phone said yes it is available. On Thursday Adam informed my husband that the 2017 truck we originally had gone in for was ready and if we wanted to come in to look at it, plus that the title for the 2019 was magically available now, one week later. We came in 06/22/24. Once in, they said they wouldn't honor the same price we had agreed upon the week before for the 2019 and for the 2017 they went up 3gs. I was pissed. They wasted our time with their games. Adam was the whole time professional, attentive with us, asking if we wanted water or coffee, checking in on our girls making sure the tv was on for them. No complaints with him. For me though, this just confirms my distrust with McCurleys management. read more

He was definitely beyond respectful and put no pressure on me whatsoever to feel rushed as past experiences with other dealers. I showed up today and was treated like family! I rented a Chevrolet Bolt Electric Car. I was told that I could take it to any dealership and charge the car for free as paying to charge the car ends up costing much more than you would ever pay to fill up a car with gasoline. I arrived in town late at night and since it takes 9 hours to fully charge the car, I had a friend follow me to the dealership to leave the car there so it could get fully recharged before I had to make the drive back to Seattle. After around 7 hours I returned to the dealership to pick up the car expecting it to be close to fully charged. When I got there I noticed the car was no longer plugged in. I knew it couldn't have possibly charged all the way so I then went to look to see how much of a charge it did get and it showed it had only charged enough to drive 20 miles! I was angry. I had to be somewhere in an hour and now couldn't get there due to not having enough of a charge. These cars only get 20 miles per hour of charge so that meant that someone had unplugged my car as soon as they arrived to work that morning. But why? I went in and asked one of the salesman who was standing inside watching me the whole time but never bothered to come out and speak to me (had I been there looking as if I was wanting to buy a car, they come running out the door)! When I asked him why the car was unplugged he just shrugged his shoulders and turned away from me. This is horrible service in every aspect! This was a brand new Chevy car at a Chevy dealership I was trying to charge. How rude was it for someone there to take it upon themselves to unplug the car knowing it wasn't Finished charging. I've been treated better by every other auto dealership, Ford, Kia, etc when going to them to charge a car that they don't even sell. This ruined my entire day. Now I still have to wait 7 hours somewhere while the car charges to make it back home. I would never buy a car from this place. Huge disappointment! Shame on you. read more

This review is for the service department and nothing else. We have been very happy working with Joe Klein in the fleet department for purchases. I recently took my 2016 Camaro SS convertible to McCurley Chevrolet service for it's first free oil change. I was impressed with the waiting area, and the car was done quicker than they originally estimated. All good things. When I was driving the car home I got a "oil is low, add oil" message. I stopped and checked the dipstick and oil didn't even show up on the dipstick. I looked more closely at the receipt and it said 1-filter and 6-oil, meaning they only put 6 quarts of oil in a car that takes 10 quarts of oil! I was close to home so I drove slowly home and called service to let them know what had been done. I received a call back from the service manager, who was very nice and apologetic. He said their standard procedure is to verify the oil level on the dipstick, which obviously didn't happen in my case. He sent the technician to my home to add the additional 4 quarts of oil. When the technician arrived he told me he thought all Camaro's took 6 quarts of oil. Obviously a lack of training, or the tech is simply under qualified to do the work. The service manager was great and couldn't have done anything more or better from the point where he became involved. The disturbing aspect is that it happened in the first place. I am a business owner and understand the profit motive and the need to make a profit. I believe in some cases that may mean that dealerships employ under or marginally qualified people to do simpler tasks like oil changes. If they won't give them adequate training perhaps they could at least provide a chart showing what oil and how much each vehicle takes. If they have a standard that the oil level is verified on the dipstick they need to make sure it's followed as well. Mistakes happen. Under filling oil by 40% is a pretty big one. read more

I ordered roof rack rails online through McCurley's website. Tried calling the number listed in my confirmation email the next day to verify the order went through - never got a response. Called the parts department in Pasco and the gentleman kept me on the phone while he was doing something on his computer unrelated to my question and he was not with a customer. He ended up putting me on hold which transferred me to a different department automatically. I decided to drive there directly. I was able to talk to Sam who got everything figured out (5 stars to him) (the order was never in the system he said). I paid for my parts and then received a call the next week about the parts being in so I was transferred to the service department and scheduled an appointment. My wife dropped off my truck the day of the appointment (I was at work) and the gentleman at the front taking they keys didn't know what service was being done. There wasn't a quote for the labor and he couldn't tell what was being done to the truck. He kept thinking it was bed rails when my wife kept saying roof rails. I ended up having to call from work to explain what was suppose to be done. He couldn't find the parts that we're being installed in the computer. I walked him through the McCurley web site and then he finally found them. Estimated labor time from the website was an hour and a half. Appointment was at 1pm. 4 o'clock rolls around and we haven't heard anything. We call the service department and they say they ran into having to take the inside liner out....and it should be done around 5pm or 5:30pm and would give us a call. Side note, I looked up the instructions and there is no reason for the inside liner of cab to be taken out. 4 pilot holes and 4 bolts for each rail. 5:45pm i decide to drive there and see what's going on (6:00pm they close). I get to the service department and all the employees we're getting ready to go home. I asked if my truck was done and sure enough my keys were there and the truck was done in the shop - never got a phone call. Was still charged for the hour and a half labor but took almost 5 hours for me to get the truck (so how long did it take???? Very disappointed. Only positive was working with Sam Dorsey. If an employee is new and is struggling someone else needs to jump in and help. read more

Went to look at a used 12 Infinity QX56 they had with my wife. Test drive was fine although they ride along with you. We liked it enough to have them appraise our trade, 13 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Once we sat down to do the deal things went south. They wanted all my information before negotiating??? That's the way they do it at McCurley I was told as there is a federal law that requires we run a credit check, even on a cash purchase. Liars! We were there so I said okay and then we waited 45 minutes for the salesmen to come back with a ridiculous offer. Below wholesale for our trade and asking price for the QX. We tried to negotiate more but all Mark kept telling us was how the deal was good and we were well... wrong. He even pulled out the "McCurley, integrity in everything we do" phrase. We decided to leave and asked to please give us back our keys. The sales manager brought them out and asked if he could try again. I said okay and he came back 5 min later and had knocked 9k off the deal!!! Wow, so that other hour and a half we spent being told by our salesman that the previous deal was fair was total BS. Integrity in everything you do, it's all talk!! We turned it down and the sales manager got rude and condescending. Again, letting us know just how "clueless" we were. We will never go back to a McCurley dealership and are so happy we left that day. We found a nicer QX at Overturf and were treated with respect. I went in looking for a new Silverado priced around $31k and after being told that the model I was driving would be around that, he brings me inside and asks for all of my details before we even agree on a price. After 10 mins of his shady maneuvers I told him to give me the price or we'll leave. It came out to over $2500 more than my clearly stated budget. Not to mention, we walked by 5 indentical style trucks with a price tag of just under $30,500 that he just ignored me about. Long story short, I went to Sherrell Chevrolet in Hermiston and had a decent experience with no pressure at all. I got the oil changed in my car last week like I always do. I am never usually satisfied with the services as the people are generally rude and always end up messing something. But, I keep going here because I bought my car here and it is just easier for warranty purposes. BUT, last week when I brought my car in to get its oil changed, I had received an Easter candy (cadbury egg, my fav!) from someone at work and had it sitting in the pop holder of my car. I was saving it to eat when I got home. But, when I got in my car after it was finished and was driving home, my cadbury egg... IT WAS GONE! Seriously, one of the service people took it from my pop holder! How incredibly rude, and this reflects on the type of people that work at this location.... At a minimum they are inconsiderate, at the most they are thieves! read more

Customer service is NO good. Maybe I should have bought a vehicle that was more than 70k?

First and foremost I do not like gong to dealerships and dealing with pushy salesman so when my wife and I decided on thing about a new car I had a friend refer me to Carmel Perez at Nisson back in May. We decided it was not the right time and Carmel did not try to push into something that we didn't want...just gave us his card. Recently we found that he had moved dealerships and again we wanted a new car...we called him up and set an appointment for some test drives at Mccurley. We found our dream car...a brand new 2015 Chevrolet Camero! Let me tell you we do not have the best credit in any means but Carmel worked his ass off to get us approved and 4 LONG but well worth days later we a driving our dream off the lot! I know what is going through your mind..."that's his job"..." He will do anything to make a sale"..." Of course he is going to do in because of one word ...COMMISION!" Well guess what...he isn't on commission yet! He did this out of the kindness of his heart...putting more time into getting us our car than ( to tell you the truth) myself. For that reason I 100% recommend Carmel to ANYONE who wants a car and doesn't want to feel like just a sale...I never thought I would say this but Carmel is the only one I will ever buy a car from again...he has a customer for life!!!
