    Just bought another car from Archibald's, the only place I would buy a car. Johnny was so helpful. They just make it so easy. Thank you, Johnny and Danny. Truly enjoying every mile, Archibald style!

    Pretty great experience dealing with the people here. I found a Jeep on AutoTrader, called up and Johnny answered the phone. Told him we'd be driving 5+ hours to get there and I needed to know if everything was legit with the Jeep. He went out to the lot took pictures and answered all of my questions that I had about the Jeep. We drove out and as our time got pushed back for arrival I let them know and they were cool the whole way. We finally got there and everyone was completely cool, no pressure at all. Everything that Johnny told me about the Jeep was true, and there was nothing wrong outside of what we had already discussed. Things went really smooth and paperwork happened fast. They even dealt with our little tangos causing havoc inside after being cooped up in the car for hours on end. Overall a great experience and definitely worth the 10+ hour round trip to get out new to us Jeep.

    My husband and I went to look at a car at the dealership door, but they sold it. When we drove by, we saw a similar one at Archibald's and thought we would just go take a peek. Guy helped us out and we took a test drive. I highly recommend going to see Guy if you are in the market for a vehicle. He was very candid and made sure we were happy with our pick. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or couldn't afford. Between him and Bruce handling our financing and thanks to their great connections in the biz, they got us a GREAT package that got us what we need at what we know we can afford. I don't know anyone looking to buy, but when i do I'll send them their way.

Car had some very minor damage to the rear tailgate spoiler. Manager was helpful in arranging the repair and ordered the part for us which we paid for upfront. The part was wrong and the body shop did an ok job dressing up the damage (without asking our permission), we had to pay for unauthorized repair work done by the body shop and we were left with the wrong part and told to sort it out yourself! We took it back to Chevy (McCurley) but they have a $100 restocking fee which we were charged. When I brought it up with the Manager at Alvarez all I got was abuse and the phone slammed down! (Interesting that someone else was having a similar response when we were looking at their cars!) Overall, if you want customer service go to McCurley, if you just want to buy a car from the lot and hope all is OK then Alvarez will work like any other backstreet car dealer. When McCurley heard how Alvarez treated us, they personally refunded us with the $100 out of their own pocket as good will (that's customer service!). I've bought 3 of my last 4 cars from McCurley (Mercedes/Mercedes/Honda) and I know who I will be buying from next time!!

Come to find out, the headlights weren't operational, and upon purchasing and replacing the headlights and fuses, we then discovered the entire relay needed replaced, which I also had to purchase and replace, again, 4 days after PURCHASING the car. I called the dealer, as when I asked about the inspection they said, and I quote, "Call us if there is anything wrong with the vehicle, we wouldn't want to put you in a vehicle with problems.", so I did just that. After speaking to a salesman, getting the voicemail for service, they then took down my name and said that a manager would reach out. It's been just under 24 hours, and I haven't heard a peep. Besides the shitty customer service, upon closer inspection of the vehicle after removing what felt like an inch thick layer of grease they used to clean the plastic parts of the vehicle, we discovered that the detailers not only scratched the vehicle in multiple places while polishing, but actually BURNED the paint. Had this not been the exact vehicle I was looking for with the right features and mileage, I would have never trusted this dealer, and looking back, I regret allowing them to earn my business.

When I finally got an appointment scheduled, they had the wrong model of my truck on file. After waiting another 1-2 weeks for the appointment, I brought my truck in--only to be asked twice if I was there for (1) an oil change or (2) an engine light issue. Neither was correct. I was then sent to a different service advisor who didn't have any information about my truck at all. Why? Because when I originally made the appointment, no one even asked what I was bringing the vehicle in for--they just gave me a date and time and hung up. I have messages and call records if anyone wants proof. Communication throughout the entire process was terrible. I dropped my truck off at 7:40 AM and didn't receive a single update. The service link they provide showed no progress all day. I finally had to call at 3:13 PM, only to be told Justin was working on my truck but had another appointment he was focused on. When I asked if that meant my truck was done, I was told no--it simply wasn't being worked on. They said they would call me back, but I never heard from them. I had to call again at 4:22 PM because there were still no updates online and no communication from their team. That's when I was finally told what the issue was and that a part needed to be ordered, which would take about 14 days. I was also told I couldn't get a rental because the truck was "drivable"--even though it shakes worse than turbulence on a plane. To make matters worse, both Justin and the supervisor told me, "You've been driving it like that, so you might as well keep driving it like that." That response was completely unacceptable. There was also conflicting information about the part. One employee told me it would be overnight shipped, while the manager later seemed unaware of that and clarified it would take 2-3 days. Since when does "overnight" mean anything other than 24 hours? Overall, the lack of communication, organization, and basic professionalism was shocking. I was repeatedly called the wrong name, and they even got my truck's model and year wrong. On top of everything, I felt like I was treated differently and poorly as a woman. Very disappointing experience If the owner of this establishment would like to reach out I would be glade to have a chat with him.

The salesman let us know they are now a "volume" dealership & they don't need us to buy from them because someone else will. Also, finance will ask you where you got the money from to pay for it & suggest you finance through them instead so they can get a kick back. We have never had such a negative experience at Lithia before.

I was and am still extremely impressed with the professionalism of this dealership. Drew worked with me from the beginning to make a fair offer on my trade and sell the new vehicle at a fair purchase price. He knew that I was driving several hours to meet and arranged to have all the paperwork ready at my arrival. There were no tricks, gimmicks, or surprises. They kept their word and honored all the agreements. Even the finance manager was understanding of my situation and made the process even easier. I have bought many cars over the years and recognize this is a top-notch operation. I will certainly return for my next purchase.

Set up a 3 PM appointment and when I go there I was told to wait behind two other cars. Ok, not good so far. Then a technician came by and after a brief discussion said there was nothing they could do about it. That's crap. I know there are areas to check (drain line and cabin filter) and disinfectants that can be used to clean out mold (smell). But that wasn't even offered. Lousy service from Toyota of Tri Cities. I bought the truck in Vancouver because when I visited Toyota of Tri Cities (driving a 2004 Camry and dressed very casually in jeans and sleeved shirt), I was totally ignored and the trucks were locked. I had to chase a sales person down to even get into a vehicle and there was no offer of a test drive or anything advancing a potential sale. That was a bad start for me but I had hopes that service would be better cause Toyota service is supposed to be good at any Toyota dealership. Ha! Tri Cities service is mainly lousy anyway (here from Dallas Texas) but as we've grown you'd hope it would improve. Not so much. Hermiston Toyota was great as was Vancouver (WA) Toyota.
