To recall, Brett Russel was the sales associate at the time. I wasn't particularly familiar with the experience of purchasing a vehicle at a dealership at the time, so I didn't have a lot of information on me at the time of the purchase. Despite this, Brett was able to go through with the purchase with what I was able to provide him with in a timely manner. The overall transaction had no hiccups and was/is true to the fine print we signed. There was complete transparency throughout the entire process. Since then, Audi Tri Cities has called in to assure us about the vehicle and filled me in on service options they offered in the long run. Finally, the vehicle works as advertised. We have not run to any problems whatsoever. They sold us a great vehicle at a great price. Couldn't ask for more. -Abraham M.

After being in the DC area for my work, getting an oil change only cost me $111 at the dealership, I come back and they charge me $280.

We drove the truck, decided it was what we wanted and asked Ken to prepare the paperwork while we had lunch nearby. Any hesitation I felt about wasting a long drive (as I had on two prior occasions to other dealers) were quickly dismissed. I never felt pressured at any time during the process, from my first e-mail communication to signing the final paperwork. Also, Ken (owner) was practicing safe Covid-19 protocols and we were very comfortable with his safety measures. I would recommend John's Auto Mart to anyone seeking a straightforward and stress free buying experience.

The salesman by the named Miguel Reyna, without my verbal or written consent, he proceeded to run my credit report. At no point did I authorize a credit inquiry. This action is not only unethical but also a violation of consumer trust and potentially unlawful under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He took my personal information/ social security that BMW has (I have purchased several BMW in the past) I expected professionalism and transparency, but instead was left feeling disrespected and concerned about how my personal information was handled. Customers deserve honesty and clear communication when making such an important financial decision, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly caution others to be vigilant when working with this dealership.
