If you need service done, please go elsewhere. They overcharge me on services, looking at my face an automatically amping up the cost. When my dad came in with me, they pretended that it was a miscalculation. I don't get why they see me as a young woman would think I don't know how much service usually cost. After being in the DC area for my work, getting an oil change only cost me $111 at the dealership, I come back and they charge me $280. read more

I honestly do not see how this place gets any more than three stars from the other reviews. I took my Audi in for service and after one day the skid plate fell down due to screws being left out! The service manger Dan Gonzales implied it was some other place's fault (really!?!?). They also said that I needed a new battery during the service. I had an 80 month battery that was installed one year ago. I stupidly told them to go ahead with it. The new battery cost $500! They didn't give me the old battery back until I asked them for it. I had it tested and is fine! Also, due to the way I was treated I will NEVER be doing business with them again. Buyer beware! read more

If you need your Audi serviced, drive out of town. They will always try to upcharge you for everything. $500 for battery replacement is the most reasonable part of the quote. After $8000 quote for items they say need repair, I decided to take my car elsewhere. read more

I got my car back in mid-June. I wanted to get comfortable in my vehicle and their follow up service before I made any statements. To recall, Brett Russel was the sales associate at the time. I wasn't particularly familiar with the experience of purchasing a vehicle at a dealership at the time, so I didn't have a lot of information on me at the time of the purchase. Despite this, Brett was able to go through with the purchase with what I was able to provide him with in a timely manner. The overall transaction had no hiccups and was/is true to the fine print we signed. There was complete transparency throughout the entire process. Since then, Audi Tri Cities has called in to assure us about the vehicle and filled me in on service options they offered in the long run. Finally, the vehicle works as advertised. I just had a great experience with the service department at Audi Tri-cities. After having my windshield replaced, the insurance company required that I have it re-collaborated at an authorized dealer. While doing so, they noticed oil and transmission fluid seeping from a couple of seals that needed to be replaced. Had they not brought it to my attention I never would have known about it. The car is 6 months old and still under warranty. Frankly, I was shocked they would even take the time because they were very busy. A month after my 2015 Audi had its annual service at Audi Tri-cities done, the car was "dead" in the driveway. The tow truck operator said "it is the battery" and he was able to jump-start the car and I could drive it to Audi TC. The service man said "it's your battery" and 1.5 hours later they called to say "yes, you need a new battery". The $ 160 battery fixed all problems but they also charged over $ 400 for diagnostic testing for a total of $ 700; when questioned they mentioned that they had to check the tire pressure and enter the battery details in the Audi system. Really, isn't a battery check part of the annual service with "multi-point" testing. Not impressed. read more

I traded a 2017 BMW X3 for an Audi Q3. The car is beautiful and the deal was fair. The reason for the 3 stars was the F & I experience. I was tired by the time I got into the paper signing. Things were smooth until the usual push for extended warranty and extras. I did not want any extended warranties, but that didn't stop the guy. He kept bullying me until basically he wore me down. After leaving I felt cheated and silly for letting myself get sucked in. When I went in for regular service they didn't even have one of the extras I paid for in the computer. I know these extras make lots of additional profit for the dealership and maybe the F & I guy gets a cut. I'm sure he was laughing after I left. My last purchase of the BMW I traded was much better as the F & I person moved on when I said I did not want an extended service. I'm not sure I would buy another car from this dealership. read more

My husband called dealer and they quoted $45 for oil change.‍ Would have left and went there, but mechanic kept telling me it was almost done........ which meant 1 hr 15 min later. Had an appointment for an oil change. Scheduled ahead of time. Arrived 5 minutes early. Was told if I waited it would be about an hour. Two and a half hours later it was done! Personal were pleasant and professional but total disrespect for the value of my time. Was given no explanation. Makes me wonder about the dealership as a whole. read more

I wouldn't recommend purchasing, leasing or servicing an Audi through this company. We brought our Audi in for a 10k, 20k and 30k mile service. At both times we mentioned the front tires seem to be wearing more than the back and asked them to rotate them. Audi service department claimed they do not rotate all wheel drive tires. Our front tires wore down horribly and we needed new ones. When purchasing tires, the tire company asked why we didn't just rotate the tires and we wouldn't have had to buy new tires. When we asked Audi why they refused to rotate our tires, they explained that their servicing department made a mistake and blamed it on a past employee but refused to do anything to help assist our situation, other than trying to talk us into a new Audi. We love Audi vehicles, but unfortunately will not use a company that doesn't stand by their own service department when they make mistakes that end up costing the customer. read more

On April 30, I called Jared in service for a price quote on spark plug change for my Audi. He repeated back over the phone the year, make, and model. His quote was $248. He never requested a VIN at that time. Using Yelp, I requested a written confirmation. I got a response from the General Manager, Kevin F. who said they needed a VIN. I responded within an hour, although a 2013 Audi S6 is a 2013 Audi S6, and the VIN shouldn't matter. An entire week went by and I never heard back from anyone at the dealership even though I texted with their employee Dane P. and requested a response from my last contact, Kevin F. I finally called Jared in service nine days later and this time he quoted $549! read more

We purchased a 2017 Ford Escape in July 2019. Thirteen days later it broke down and had to be towed to the Ford dealer for service. We had driven it 5 times. Audi Tri-Cities management has not returned my phone calls, they wouldn't lend us a loaner car leaving us with no vehicle. They won't take back the car. They don't stand by their vehicles, stay away and shop elsewhere. If you have a problem don't expect any help from these guys. read more

I strongly recommend Audi of Tri-Cities. Just purchased a used A4, and they were very easy to work with. They gave me a very fair price on my trade in, and a great deal on the A4. The best part was they delivered the car to me 4.5 hours away. That was the selling point for me. I literally didn't even have to leave my house. When car shopping, I typically look towards eastern Washington for better deals away from the I-5 corridor. My Audi broke down on the weekend. The tow truck driver brought it to Audi. I called on Monday and they told me they would take a look at it as soon as they could. They were courteous. Clutch was diagnosed. I was concerned because this had been replaced 14 mos prior to my purchase. The service manager promised to keep me in the loop and understood my concerns. Unfortunately I never got my promised updates. My calls went to voicemail half the time and the calls were not returned. There were delays due to a broken transmission jack and waiting for special tools. I did not mind delays just upset about lack of communication. I finally talked to someone other than service with my complaint. His name was Pete and he listened to my concerns and called me back as promised multiple times to give me updates and info from mechanic. He even called the mechanic on his day off to get more info. He was apologetic and professional. Car was finally done 3.5 weeks later. I was given a beautiful new audi to drive during this process. My car was to be picked up after washing. The wash job was awful w lots of areas not clean. I showed service, they took a picture, and they gave me 2 free carwashes at Bush's. read more
