Absolutely ridiculous! Obviously they are just trying to grab money every way they can. I will just take my car to Audi of Tri Cities where they will do routine maintenance without a $150 inspection and provide a loaner. Don't waste your time with this scam shop. Since this review they have tried to contact my employer to have this review taken down. I guess the enjoy stalking people and harassing them when they don't like the truth being told.

You call their main number and it goes to voice mail and says to text. So then you text the number to get a time and date to bring your car in and no one responds for several days if even that. They obviously don't need your business and have probably filled their slots up with bigger money projects. It's sad that most shops around here are moving towards the bigger money, quicker projects.
