I was visiting out of town from Bend Oregon when the AC in my car completely busted. It was a huge repair (compressor) and everyone I called was booked solid. I literally called and texted about 10 people to find out how I could get this situation handled so I wouldn't have to drive 4 hours in the blaring summer sun with no AC in my car. And no one could get me in. Except Wes Ducat at Steve Tire & Auto Repair. Wes moved his entire schedule around in order to get my car in and out on time, so I could get home safely without having to spend an arm and a leg on the repair. He graciously called and texted me whenever there was an update on my car and he worked his butt off to make sure I was taken care of. They texted me a full status report of the condition of my car, prioritizing items needing repair by color and with estimated pricing. We agreed on what to do that day and what to save for another time. My car was ready for pick up around the time they'd originally estimated. Given the great communication with WRAR and the reasonable pricing, I chose to have them complete a major repair. They did a great job, finished within the parameters they'd originally set despite the record-breaking heat and followed up a week later to see how everything was working.
