Had appointment at 8:30am for tire replacement and alignment. It's 10:22 , I see my car with no tires on it. The CSR didn't let them know I was getting an alignment until about a hour and a half after we first talked. What could improve: attention to details and urgency. Now granted, it's hot outside, so I get it. I do believe I could have gotten MUCH better service elsewhere. This is my first time using Firestone, also my last. Every Firestone I look up has pretty bad reviews. When I think about how long it takes me to take a tire off, with at home supplies instead of the workplace.. the math isn't mathing . I'm happy that the sales reps make commission, however when it comes down to suggesting tires for a car, please be mindful that the customer matters more than, if they are already going to purchase tires. No need to try and get the sale of the more expensive tires. -- Overall.. decently dissatisfied.
