Granted, we didn't get a deal sorted out to my satisfaction, and I left empty handed, but the staff were fair and respectful of me and my concerns. I would advise if your going to look at any car from McCurley and your a woman do not go there alone. Watch out for the salesman Jorge Cooper because he ran my credit without my permission and then had me sign something with out my knowledge what it was for. I went there looking to buy a car and asked for him to draw up the paperwork instead he went and tried to sell me a loan I didn't want. Jorge then said they will not go down on the price and the price of the car kept going up After making a complaint his supervisor Bo treated me like I was in the wrong and hung up on me. We bought a Certified Pre-owned 2014 Silverado pickup 4 weeks ago from McCurley Chevrolet in Pasco, WA. The battery charge was acting up. We left it with them overnight and the service rep, Evan, made sure we didn't pay out of pocket for the new battery and diagnostic test. He gave us a raincheck for a free carwash too. Before I brought my vehicle in for a problem I called and spoke to Nick? and explained the problem I was experiencing - Hill Descent control not working. I asked Nick how to use the feature, to make sure I actually had a real service issue as opposed to operator error, and Nick could not tell me exactly how the feature worked because was not familiar with it and he said the service department did not have any way to test the feature except to put it on the computer and check the sensors. I scheduled the appointment and brought the vehicle in. When I came to pick it up when it was ready, the service note said the Hill Descent Control light would light up - not trouble found. I tried to use the feature again and it still would not work. At this point I contacted my salesperson, BJ DeRuyter, who found another truck like mine and together we find a hill and figured out how to use the feature. He took the time to help me solve the problem. The service department failed at their job. When I contacted them I tried to determine if I was using the feature correctly or if it was broken. The service ticket said "check and advise" they checked but did not advise. They serviced the truck but not the customer. I wasted half a day bringing the truck in for service and left with the same problem I came in with. I left both feeling like I wasted their time and mine. read more

I took my wife's vehicle in because an airbag service light was on, I was told it would be a 45 minute service. 4 hours later I was informed they didn't have the appropriate part to fix the issue and they would have to order it. I was told the part would be in the next week, it's now been three weeks and still no part. When my wife called to simply ask if the vehicle wpuld be safe to drive in case of an accident she was they were not sure if the airbag would deploy or not. Mccurley seems more concerned with the initial sale instead of the well being of people driving the vehicles they sell. This will be the last vehicle we purchase at any Mccurley dealership. read more

Have an 08 Callaway Vette. The OEM radiator fan I bought and had them install two years earlier failed at about 20,000 miles. Asked if they could install an aftermarket 17" brushless fan I purchased from DeWitts. Sure, no problem I was told. Our guy does hot rods he can handle it no problem. One week and 850 dollars labor later I pick up the car just before close of business and it has an engine light on and no AC. I inform the service manager by text what the problem is and for two days I hear nothing back from him. No offer to correct problem. Nothing. Decided to take it to a local speed shop that specializes in GM high performance rather than run up ever increasing labor charges for these clowns to muck around with it any further. The lack of any response after I made them aware of the problem is what is completely inexcusable. read more

We are second generation McCurley Chev customers. Not a fan of the service department at all. We bought a new transmission in 2019. It has never been right; shifting hard or not changing gears smoothly. After having the car in 3 time, we took it in a 4th time and even rode with a technician. The transmission has a high pitched whiny sound at times. The tech could hear it but said there was not an issue, the transmission is fine. Then he had the nerve to tell my husband, "I don't get paid to drive around. I get paid to fix things!" You have got to be kidding me!!! I usually don't write bad reviews but this just makes us mad. We love Chevy automobiles but we will no longer be purchasing anything from McCurley Chev all because of the service over this transmission. We think 4 chances to fix something was plenty. But to have the technician say that sure doesn't seem like a good way to business. read more

After a long trip imagine finding your car after at the Tri Cities Airport parking lot with a dead battery, due to having inadvertently left a dome light on. You have an important meeting in one hour. Here's what I did. I called my Mccurley salesperson to ask advice on whether to call AAA or Subaru Roadside Assistance. McCurley Chevrolet .... Very poor customer service, just for a standard oil change. I hope was actually done. First scheduled online with provide coupon, but then was told that coupon on website is old, but will honor this time. okay?! When I picked my car up the oil light still said 25% and the INSIDE of my car was frozen...not the outside the INSIDE. The service tech walked out and cleared the oil light to say 100% ..Then told me that cars do that sometimes when it this cold outside. What?? Freeze on the inside not the outside? Let me say that I very rarely give out 5 stars. I purchased my 14 Cadillac XTS V-Sport in Jan of 2015 because of Dan Couch excellent customer service. (Side Note: Sorry to hear he left McCurley recently over a dispute with management. A big loss to McCurley IMO) So far i have had very good service of my Cadillac with Nathan Sisk in the Service department. He is always friendly and makes me feel like his dealership cares about my business and my expensive car. KUDOS to you Mr. Sisk. :-). To date i have had no issues and they have done everything they said they would do and more at times. Can't ask more than that from a dealership. For some reason it takes the average of 7 hours to buy a car from this dealership and thats when you have excellent credit. Never again will I buy from this dealership. I told my daughter not to go there and she didn't listen 7 hours later she's still there. Nobody listens. If you have literally a full day to kill then that's the place to buy a car. read more

I WOULD NEVER purchase a car from here again and suggest anyone go to another dealership. Especially if you're looking for a place that gives you a good customer service experience. The guy who does the paper work when ok bought the car was down right rude. Given me the wrong paper work which I had to go back and sign. Charged me $114 to look at my car which has a "platinum" warranty. Tried charging me $550 for a problem I am getting fixed for $25. If I could return this car without marks on my credit. Trust and believe I would. I would use another car dealership if you're in the market. Especially if you want to deal with kind people who know what the meaning of customer service and support is. read more

We bought our used 2014 GMC truck from McCurley about a month ago. It was a great experience because they had a lot of different trucks to choose from and the sales people were all very upfront and knowledgeable. We worked with Luis. He was great. We negotiated what we felt was a fair deal for our trade-in and then drove away with our new truck that same night. The paperwork went smoothly and they had great financing options. I think the most impressive thing about our purchase was how McCurley stood by their 30 day bumper to bumper warranty. They told us if there was anything wrong with our truck ,that we should let them know and they would take care of it. Within the first week we were not happy with the clarity of the back up camera. We called McCurley they got our truck in and replaced the back up camera (no charge). It was nearing the end of our 30 day bumper-to-bumper warranty and we had been noticing some vibration on breaking, thinking maybe the rotors were warped. We called Mccurley again and they got us in and changed the rotors and a wheel bearing. The second time, we couldn't get our truck in until after our 30 days was up. We were a little nervous thinking that we might have to pay for some of the repairs because it was a little past the 30 days but no we did not have to pay for any of it. Wow these guys are great! It is so refreshing for a company now days to actually do what they say they're going to do! Thank you McCurley you have made a life time customer out of us! I had a great buying experience with Dan Couch! I was trading in a Charger that I had recently bought and Dan spent half the day with me finding the perfect van for my family. My indecisiveness took so long that he even took me out for an awesome sushi lunch so we could talk pros and cons of the two vans I had to choose from. Best car buying experience of my life! He even got them to raise the amount they would pay for my trade-in 2 different times so that the payment would fit into my tight budget. Talk about a guy that will go to bat for you! We recently bought a brand new chevy cruise it was delivered to us with no walk thru of the vehicle or how to use any thing. On the way home we discovered that one of the inside mirrors was broken. We told our sales man about this the next day when we went to go pickup the owners manual for the car. He told us that he would get it fixed right away and that it wouldn't take more then three days to get it fixed. After four days with no phone call I called the salesman he said that it had been ordered and he would check on it and call us back. Three days after that and no phone call again I spoke with a person who was supposed to be a manger and said that they would look into what was going on and get back to me within 24 hours 4 days later after no contact we had to go to there face book page and post the problem for all to see. Only then did we ever get a phone call from the salesman about getting it fixed the part it turns out was never ordered three days after our post the car was finally repaired. Our salesman asked us to please make sure to give him a good survey when we got it from chevy or we would be taking food out of his kids mouths and that if we couldn't fill it out totally satisfied then to just throw it out as it would matter anyway but if we brought it to him he would buy us a tank of gas. read more

4 years ago we bought a brand new Subaru through McCurley. Well fast forward 4 years and we decide to trade it in with only 13k miles. And stupid me thought they would actually cut me a deal bc I had already done business with them, but nope that was certainly not the case. After finding a decent Chevy priced at $23k. But I told him upfront that I only wanted to pay $21k. He made it seem like no biggie when test driving. Well after seeing the price still at 23k I told him no and he said he could only take off $500 (after waiting like an hr). So then he says he can take off more and give me less for my trade in, which I didn't agree to. So I said fine then I'll go $22k. He says no and hands me the keys to my Subaru. Wow terrible customer service! So much for being a returning customer. You've just lost all business with me McCurley! And to top it all off we drove an hr and a half and wasted 3 hrs there for nothing! read more

I went into McCurley Subaru to test drive a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek, the sales representative was amazing. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and before I got there I had done an over the phone quote, a reasonable price I was willing to pay. When I arrived, I was extremely upfront with the price I was told on the phone and I was even given stock number by the phone rep that corresponded to the prices she gave me. After test driving the car, I kept reiterating that price to ensure that was the price agreed on for the car. I went in to start the paperwork, my credit was pulled and all of a sudden the ole bait and switch.. My sales rep came back and said I was quoted for the wrong car which I had not driven and it was a 6-speed and the price I was given, was for that car. The car I drove was $1000.00 more! I said, so you are not going to honor the price originally given to me over the phone that we had been discussing the entire time- 1 hour- and she said unfortunately we cannot sell that car that low. I would not have been so upset but they already pulled my credit THEN decided the car was a different price- I left. Fuming from my experience I called and asked for the manager. He basically blew me off and told me it was an honest mistake and they just can't sell it so low. I've bought two new cars from the Mccurley franchise, almost 10 years ago and it reminded me why I've stayed away so long. I will NEVER step foot on those lots or give them any of my hard earned money ever again. I DO NOT recommend going there. They are only in it for themselves.
