The story of my brand-new truck: I was excited I was going to McCurley's to order my truck, the first time I was able to do so. I had ordered it right towards the beginning of COVID. I was worried when the chip debacle said that I would not get my truck, as they had given all the chips for the cars and trucks back thinking they would not need them. But they had kept one out for me so my truck should be on the way. I won't get into the process of getting my truck even though it is a part of the story. While driving my brand-new Chevy High Country, it died right in the middle of the road. So I called Chevy service and told them what happened. I was informed that they didn't have room for my truck; they were slammed, although they did have some time on Friday. I said that was fine it didn't run anyway and that I had a tow truck on the way. I was told do not bring it here they had no room to keep it / store it. Although he told me I was a preferred customer, if this is the way a preferred customer is treated I would hate to be non-preferred. I had no other choice but to take it somewhere. I called Steve's Tire and Auto Repair and even though they were booked solid they said bring it in and will take a look as soon as we can. They did what they could to get it on the road again. As everyone knows it was not cheap especially being a new truck. Steve's put in a new starter, fuse (the big fuse) and a battery. I got the truck home and asked the wife to go out to dinner with me. On the way to dinner the truck died again. I knew Chevy wouldn't take it even though I was a preferred costumer. So I started to look around and talking to friends and family realized my truck was a GMC so I called SPECK motors. They didn't have room for a couple of days so bring the truck on over here and we will take a look. SPECK motors came through for me. I got a call, in a couple of days and was told my motor had blown up. 1600 miles on my truck and the motor is blown. SPECK made it easy for me. They got me a loaner vehicle which happened to be a brand new Sierra pickup great truck. It took a while but finally got the new motor in and so far so good. To whom it may concern, On 10/8/2016 my wife and I come to Mccurley Chevrolet to look at a newer car as we were ready for something different. We came across a 2015 ford Taurus. My wife really liked it, test drove it and was very happy with the car. Now mind you I am carrying my registered pistol out in the open on my side. Your employees made several comments about it which is very unprofessional. I am licensed to carry it concealed but wasn't wearing a coat or anything. I was also at a car dealership so I didn't think it would be a big deal. Next thing that happened is the gentleman came to me with a piece of paper and told me my 2013 Honda accord that I purchased from your Honda dealership was only worth $11,000 and I would need 4-5K to get this done. I stopped him right there asked for my keys and left. Now when I purchased the accord 2 years ago for 25K the big pitch was how Hondas hold their resale value. I also saw on your website you had 4 at the 20K price tag. So at this point I feel like Mccurley dealerships are completely ripping people off. I went across the street found and identical car for 1K less and 10,000 more miles. Well guess what I bought it for 0 down and I got 15K for my trade in. I would also like you to know what a loyal customer I am once I had a good experience. My wife was test driving a car at Corwin but I told her we needed to go to your lot before we bought. I will NEVER recommend this or ANY Mccurley dealerships in the future and will write reviews on all internet websites each month until my new car is paid for which is 7 years. If I can cost Mccurley 5 deals per year from here on out then eventually this deal will have paid for itself. Got our New Chevy Suburban on Sunday and going to the dealership can be a drag, with all the paperwork when signing a new car and having a three-year old there to boot can be hard. We walked onto the lot looking for a Chevy Traverse wanting to see leg room for the long-legged people in our life that would be in the back. Sad to say those vehicles sale like hot cakes and they had none on the lot to look at. Allese the Sale Associate was very patient and kind while we looked around at the other cars on the lot. We looked at the Suburban last and before I knew it we were in signing paperwork. The McCurley team made the process easy and yes, it still took time, but it could have been a lot longer. Allese was a God sent. She helped watch our three-year old while we signed and talked to the finance guy. By the time we were done my three-year-old had made a new friend and needed a hug before we left. If it was not for Allese caring nature and putting our needs to have an adult keep an eye on our kid, we would not have gotten the chevy that day. If you are looking for a new vehicle and dreading taking your kid to the dealership, this dealership is family friendly and if you are looking for a good sales agent that puts your needs first and not her own look no farther than Allese. read more

We not only bought a car from McCurley we have brought our cars for service and I have to say I am extremely happy with our experience. A few years back we didn't have a great experience and we hesitated to go back to them. However, we are Chevy fans and we were looking at replacing my Subaru Outback. Kyle greeted us in the lot and took us for a few test drives. Kyle has a great personality and was a lot of fun to talk to. He in turn introduced us to Dan who had us having such a great time we forgot shopping for a car is supposed to be painful. Needless to say we bought from Dan and Kyle. Later when our car needed a service we were able to schedule an appointment online and get a follow up call the next day. When we brought our car in Joe told us when we could expect the work to be done and right on time he gave us a call asking us if we had time to allow them to detail our car. We got her back with a new blower motor, replaced under warranty no problem, and with the sad layer of dirt removed from our baby. We are very happy with our interactions with McCurley and we will be back :D read more

Dan Couch is such a STUD! 1st off I find my dream car there & was super bummed because I didn't think there was any way I could afford it. But Super-Dan to the rescue...got me into my dream car at payments I could afford with only $500 down (can you say amazing!). A few years later my grandmother needed a new car. Unfortunately she didn't listen to me about going to talk to Dan & got completely bamboozled by the dealer in Spokane. I contacted Dan with a bunch of questions because what was happening just didn't seem right, and even though he knew he wasn't going to make anything for helping me he went above & beyond listening to the issue, quoting prices/costs so we could compare what the Spokane dealership was quoting us, and offering some spot on advice on what we could do to remedy the situation. Great Experience!!We bought a used car at the Rock'N Roll offsite sale last summer and had the best experience! It was our first time buying a car and we didn't think it could be so easy and stress free! We worked with Kristina and she was so great. We told her exactly what we liked and didn't like and she showed us everything in our price range that met our specifications. My salesman, Mr. Phillip Snider took all the time I needed to show me all the cars I wanted to see, explained all the options and details I wanted to know about, went carefully over how to operate the car and then, went over all the details of the contract thoroughly and answered all my questions about it and the car. Dan Couch was the salesman we used and he is the only reason I am leaving a review. Don't ever just go there and talk to the first salesman you find. Trust me on this ask specifically for Dan Couch and your experience will be so much better. We looked for a car for a long time using random salesmen, but my car buying experience changed when we met Dan. He knew his cars, he got my trade-in increased and he even stole me a sandwich from the dealership employee lunch because the finance people were taking so long. We purchased our new vehicle from McCurley Chevrolet - Pasco in September of last year and have had to take it in now for 2 oil changes (yes, we drive a lot). Both times my vehicle has come out clean and shiny as it did the day we took it home; service is done to the "T" and everyone that I run into while I wait for my oil change has been very pleasant. My oil changes have never taken more than 45 minutes and that is including oil change, wash and vacuum. I am very impressed and will hopefully continue to be. read more

They're great, fast and friendly. Just took our new traverse in for its upkeep! Last year, we had our car come to a dead stop on the highway doing 60+. I had it towed to Mccurley that evening. I left the keys and a note and the next morning the service dept. called, told me the warranty and extended. They were able to get me fixed and on the road within a couple days!
